This has to be the worse rainbow I ever visited. In addition to not having a restroom, they have no dressing rooms and only accept cash. The store associate acted as if she didn't understand. I will never visit this store again.The sad part is that as a teen I would beg my parents to bring me here because back then it wasn't as many locations throughout palm beach county and buying online was not an option!Oh but wait look at all of the prior reviews. Please listen to these reviews ppl and go to another rainbow or shop online. Save yourself the disappointment!!! As you can see after every negative review someone leaves a message apologizing yet nothing is changing because more new disappointing customers such as myself continue to leave negative reviews!!!!??♀️

I left almost immediately after walking in. The woman working approached me twice about having a purse and said to leave it at the register. I get kids shoplift but I’m a grown woman in my 30s and there’s NO WAY in leaving my purse with a stranger! Unprofessional and rude experience

If I could rate a zero, I would. I don't go here often, but I expect to enter the store during business hours. Tried going today 7/30/23. It was 545pm and the doors are completely locked. Yes, I know they close at 6pm, but I only needed a spaghetti strap camisole. They look at you and keep cleaning like you dont exist. That behavior is totally unacceptable! This creates a horrible experience for both the business and client experience. On a previous visit, I was denied access to the fitting rooms. I've worked retail previously and know it can be challenging. However if you don't like your job quit and find something that makes you happy. Don't put your misery off on everyone else.

Cashier Iris Mendez was extremely rude to me after they mistakenly giving wrong information in reference to a return. On the of purchase, I insisted I wanted to try on a few dresses but they denied me the usage of their fitting room as it was closed to the public. So I purchased $70 worth of items to try it at home but was not satisfied.Using bad words in Spanish (they thought I didn’t understand Spanish) complaining about my returnI am never coming back to this store.

At first I was shocked to enter the store and see that it was empty. I walked out the store knowing exactly why they empty. The store is a mess. & the employees are so rude. You can tell they don’t like their job. The lady fixing the merchandise did not say a word. No greeting, No smile NOTHING. I felt as if I was a bother to them. I was even skeptical of asking questions. Is so sad that such a good store with good prices be a total waste simply because of their employees. Thanks but no thanks. ?? ✌?
