Truist bank is the worst bank I ever dealt with. The branch I deal with never has enough help, their drive through is usually out of order and I find most of the people incompetent, maybe because there is always new people working there. Today I am calling about my bill, I have been transferred three times and have been on hold so far for 30 minutes. I am so sorry I ever stayed with this bank, and will withdraw the money from my various accounts as soon as I am able to. I have been a customer since 1997 when it was Bank Atlantic. So unhappy with their service. Dont really think they care.

This bank is the worst in American history every time I have a check there's an issue cashing it....I have to have more money then your check to cash a check especially if it's from its own bank and there's a fee .. jus horrible I was so upset yesterday. I went to another bank and they cashed it gladly with no fee

I’ve been banking with Suntrust for 28years. Since they became Truist they are horrible. My local banking institutions couldn’t help when my child accidentally forgot to transfer money between her accounts and was paid the day after a check cleared. We had overdraft coverage/protection so she was charged $12.50. I was sent to customer service who said sorry it’s their discretion to not help me. I’ll be looking to move our accounts out of Truist!

This banking location has a very polite and interactive staff. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in the areas in which I was in need of assistance. I couldn't imagine a more pleasant experience while banking with Suntrust.

They always take good care of me there. The only thing I would like better is if they stayed open later on Fri, 4pm is too early. Also 12 noon on Saturday is too early.

I felt mistreated. After 18 years in the bank I have never received this treat. The customer Service is the worst I have seen in all the branchs I have been to!

Horrible customer service ..... Suntrust's drive up ATM ate 2 of the 4 checks I was depositing, so I went into the branch and explained the situation they told me to call an 800 number that they could not help me. An hour and 45 mins. Later on the phone with ignorant people that don't know what to do or have policies and procedures in place to rectify the issue, I was told that I now have to wait 7-10 business days for MY MONEY to hit my account because nobody services the atm until Thursday. Run go to a bigger institution that can handle problems in a timely manner!

Had to open an account to cash out savings bonds. They sent me a letter saying I was $1.46 overdrawn. Next day I get another letter saying they charged me $36 overdraft fee for the 1.46. They made more money on me for over charges than I made in interest on the bonds. I feel like a victim.
