Never enough check out lanes open. They even close one of the the self check out sections. If it’s available the team member has been rude.

Love the store. It’s nice and clean. Please open all your self-checkout already, I noticed all of them were out of service.

Although I'm not typically a regular grocery shopper at Target, I was encouraged by a friend to explore your produce selection. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the freshness, variety, and overall presentation of the fruits and vegetables. Moreover, the pricing was remarkably competitive, which made my shopping experience even more enjoyable.

The store is clean and well maintained. The associates are very helpful and courteous. The meats and produce look fresh. And what I did buy was very tasty. However, with all that being said, I couldn't find everything I needed. Some of the items had only one choice or one brand and there were some items I bought because I needed them even though they were not in the brand I prefer. The lighting overhead is too glaring to see the hanging marquis signs properly as the lighting hits the line of sight. The signs do not always convey where other less obvious items may be shelved, I. e. canned fish being on same aisle as soups when soup is on the sign but canned meat is not. Coffee/tea is on the sign but canned milk is not, etc.
Three stars for the confusing overhead signs both for grocery and beauty/health products, for fewer cheese/yogurt options both in brands and kinds, confusing display of produce setup when looking for particular items as I had to walk through the displays twice at least to find what I needed. I came to this store because I thought it was closer to me than my regular shopping store. Target is a nice store; however, next time I'll go to where I'm used to shopping and finding my grocery items more quickly.

You really have AT&T salespeople in the store?! I don't come here to be sold on something. It's up to AT&T to market better. Not bug me in a Target.

Awful customer service from one of the managers. No one at return center and after alerted manager continued to wait over ten minutes. Had to ask her again to get someone. Finally helped us with an annoyed attitude. Royal Palm Beach location.

Placed an online order for pick up yesterday 3/3/24. Picked up order and was told "were all set". Get home to realize an item was missing. Drove back to location and asked one of the employees what to do if an item is missing. He rudely replied that they're understaffed and backed up with orders and that I should pull into a spot "down there" and when they have time they'll have to look into it. 15 mins later of waiting and watching cars come and go I asked another employee and he said he'll take a look and came back out moments later with the item. When a customer has to return for the mistake of the store the consumer should not be met with an attitude and brushed aside. Not once was an apology given. I understand places can be busy and employees being overworked due to a shortage of help but at the end of the day everyone should be treated like a human being and with compassion.
