Horrible. My company has been with 20+ years. Assistant manager and teller needs training on how to manage clients. Will not return to this location.
Went 20 minutes away to another location and had no problem making a cash deposit.

Terrible!!! You can be seated waiting for an executive for more than 20 mins and nobody come to assist nor ask what do you need. Shame of professionals. I asked someone and he said sorry this is not my area but never called the person in charge. Anyway here is my review. Thanks

Me and my girlfriend have been banking with TD for a few years now. No issues.We went to CASH her TD bank check at this particular branch. They made a bank error, leaving her not only without money while it was resolved but in the negative because of the error.We tried to resolve it. They said wait. We came into the branch twice to resolve it. They still claimed no error. we ended up having to contact TD directly to show the error this bank had made and got it resolved.I know errors happen. But the inability for this establishment to resolve the issue or even look for the error was unprofessional at best. Steer clear of this branch, errors happen. But the disregard to resolving the issue is EXTREMLY troubling.

Terrible service. Faisal doesn't know how to spell, open an account, wire transfer money and can't do the simplest of things. It seems like multiple people on here have issues with him. Incompetent.

Worst customer service and branch!!!Spent over 30 minutes trying to get an override and FAISAL was “too busy” to assist.

Don’t bother making an appointment. The only banker available explained that on weekends the system is “inconvenient” because he has to take walk in customers even if there are appointments previously set up for him. Nothing easier than to make the appointment system unavailable for weekends and let customers know that is walk in only. There’s no signing sheet by the way!
