Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, there is nothing positive about this location. Rude, aggressive, dirty, failing equipment, taking down my cc info when I already paid online. Sketchy. This clown threatened violence and used racist language. Don’t support these people

I want to give my thanks to the service representative that I talked on the phone to get the trailer. When i received a notice that a trailer was not available from the reservation I made. This was the day before I was to move to another state, I was devastated and frantically looking for options. She was able to secure me a trailer at this location. I wish I had remembered her name, but thanks to you my move was a success!

These people have given my reserved truck away and told me “the reservation doesn’t mean anything cause they don’t talk to U-Haul” do not waste your time here. I’ve also seen them telling people what to write in their reviews. These people operate their store like it’s the 1990’s with extremely outdated hardware and policies, and treat their customers with the utmost disrespect at every opportunity. Go to literally any other u haul dealer.
