Yesterday I went to pick up a tow dolly. When I arrived, I asked the person who was at the counter for help. I stated I was a person with disabilities and needed assistance and that I also have a blown out acl and meniscus. To my surprise, I was told no. And then he made it a point to call his guys on the radio and tells them...."The customer getting the dolly not help him. Only tell him what to do." I looked at him, and he says we are not insured for that being were not uhaul only a representative of uhaul.

My brother-in-law and I rented a truck from here about a month ago. Getting the truck was a bit difficult but it worked out right on time. Everything was great until the day we returned the truck.We returned the truck on a Saturday during business hours which means I handed the keys to someone at the desk and not the drop box. 15min later we got home and my brothers-in-law realized he had left his shoulder bag in the truck. We drove back to this office and noticed the truck was no longer there (someone had already rented it). We went and spoke to the clerk (Chris) at the counter who told us he was unaware of any items left behind in the truck. Chris radio his boss (Jason) about the missing bag and his boss advise him to check under the counter he (Chris) was sitting behind. Chris reached under the counter and retrieved the bag effortlessly without moving an inch. Chris gave the bag to my in-law and said, be careful with that next time. Upon checking the bag my in-law realized he was missing $1800 in cash.We requested to speak to the Jason who advise us that the bag was brought in and stored under the counter as soon as it was discovered. He assured us that at no point was it tampered with. Jason asked Chris behind who also said he had not tampered with the bag at anytime. We left and return half hour later. We asked to speak with Jason again and requested to watch the video.While reviewing the video, we were able to see when the bag was brought in and placed under the counter in front where Chris was sitting. The video showed that Chris was fully aware of the bag and its location. As we watch the video further, we noticed Chris at one point took the bag from under the counter and searched through it off video. This immediately threw up a red flag and made it obvious that Chris was lying and may have stolen the money.We called the cops and they arrived and also looked at the video. The cops advised us that they too believe Chris (the clerk) stole the money based on what was seen on the video. The cops explained that they can make an arrest but that does not mean we will be able go get the money back. He further explained that the investigation can be long and extensive.In the end we decided to cut our lost and call it a day. We just wanted to share with everyone that this place is not to be trusted. They are lyers and thieves. Beware!!!!!

Had a reservation, showed up and there was no truck. Left me high and dry on moving day. No notification or call that the truck wasn’t going to be available. What’s the point of having a reservation then?

Made a reservation for a uhaul and was told they don't have anything for me upon arrival, absolutely ridiculous.

This is the most rude people I ever met I’m trying to figure out why they over charged me I called and spoke to Jason very rude and told me to call 1 800 go uhaul I will never recommend this shop rude customer service

Completely rude! I asked if there were any trucks available and the guy on the phone said to hold on a sec while he checked the computer. Then he said one was available. When I asked if I could reserve it he told me he wasn't near a computer and he couldn't help me.

We had a reservation to pick up a uhaul at 8pm through their 24/7 service. We arrived at 7:45pm and they are supposed to close at 8pm. They didnt have our uhaul key in the lock box and would not be available until tomorrow morning at 7am. Uhaul customer service is useless. We called 7 times and were transferred through all the different departments to no avail. And of course since they closed early, we couldn't have anyone at the actual store help us. This ruined our plans for moving today and was a total waste of time and energy

Rented a truck, was told to return it next day. Only to find out they are closed. After missing my drop off window on the phone with U-Haul I was told by U-Haul that there should be a drop box on premises. Did a lap to find a U-Haul sticker on a mailbox slot, nothing stating it was a drop off box or where to find said location .... (really).. long story short. Spend extra miles, gas, and was charged for two days of service due to idiots. Thanks

I was left stranded by the side of the road with one of the trucks . In 90° weather and they never showed up till 3 hours later. The service tech was rude and nasty. I lost money and they haven't reimbursed me yet and it's been almost 2 months.

Did a reservation online, got a confirmation number and email saying to be there by 9am. I get there and they didn't have my truck. Sent me off to another location far away. I wasted my time and gas and these people were so rude. Do not recommend going here. They didn't even have another truck to offer me.
