Working with Ryan and the team was a great experience. We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and the team was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, honest, and my A/C is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Incredible! I felt it was important to leave a POSITIVE review for a very POSITIVE experience. Went in for an engine light in my car.. they checked the code and system related and found a no issue just a loose hose..didn't charge me..something extremely rare in this industry, HONESTY!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I use to like this place until I told them I hade an alternator problem. They called me back and sed it was a head gasket. $700 for that turned out to be the alternator for another $500 think I’ll be bringing my car somewhere else know. I have also recommended work for them . Never tried to make it right. To bad I liked the place would never recommend them to anyone.

I went to Ultimate Auto Service because a friend of mine recommend them. Pep Boys had told me my right front engine mount needed replacing and I wanted a second opinion. The mounts were inspected and were fine. They also told me my check engine light was on because my gas cap was loose. There was no charge for the service.

Came in right before closing today with a tire issue. Looking to see if I could get added to the schedule for Wednesday (day before July 4th). Service advisor asked " Chris" if he could take care of me before they left for the evening. Chris did indeed get me taken care of . Thanks Chris,I appreciate it.

I’ve been meaning to do this for weeks now, since I brought my 2008 Honda Civic to them with brake lights that wouldn’t turn off.
I’d been expecting the worst. Instead, they fixed the problem completely in 15 minutes, and my bill was $20.
They could easily have gouged me. In a world where you‘d think there aren’t honest people left, their help nearly brought me to tears. Five stars isn‘t enough; you’d be crazy not to have them take care of your car issues.

One of the hardest things in life is finding a mechanic you can trust and feel good about. These guys are class acts that not only know their stuff but go the extra mile to make sure car is safe, and in perfect condition. We will be taking our cars here for life. Love these guys!

They were extremely rude to me at check in and they didn’t put enough oil in my car so I ended up having to get it redone elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Went there around noon, when a mechanic was on lunch.Had at least 25 screws from a construction site stuck in multiple tires. He hustled from start to finish and they run good as new. Friendly and polite even tho I cut his lunch short. A++
