I wanted to take this opportunity to write about a worker by the name of Salisha who works at the UPS on Lake Ave. I went to take an Amazon package. Being new to the area, I wasn't sure first if I could my car where I did without getting a ticket. Salisha, immediately reassured me that I was okay to park where I was. Additionally, she assisted me with my package and made it an easy task to do. As a person was leaving the store, she immediately told the person to have a good day. The person did not respond which I thought was rude. A week later, I had to go to the UPS store to return another package and Salisha assisted me. She was pleasant, professional and made my experience like the first one easy and smooth.

Are you insane! TWO hand held frames are over 300 to ship! I can drive them to the location for less in gas. But here’s the issue- I arrived with a box packed. Told I had to u pack the box and ship one by one. I then hear the price for 2 items and I am dumbfoundedWwww. My box would have cost over $1000 to ship. Last week, I tried to over night a KEY!!!! A KEY and they wanted 190. It’s a key. A freaking key. UPS has lost their minds with these prices. At

This location is very busy. I went in and only 1 person at the counter and 2 others doing other work. I asked if notary was available and do I need an appointment. I was told no appt necessary. So I came back later with the paperwork and waited in line for 20 minutes and then was told the notary only worked a few hours a day. I highly recommend making an appointment online.

Indian looking lady very rude. Walked away after I was behind another lady and told someone else to help me and she acted like she was packaging til i left. She is not a good look for company. Very unprofessional ! It was my first time in there trying to print items i asked how do i do it they just kept saying send to email after i did . Just wasnt the experience i was hoping for. I hope she gets her attitude together.

I had a long overdue return of an AT& T modem. Dylan was a great help and did me the solid of providing a second form of verification that I returned the device, should any problems arise. Thanks man! Top notch customer support- in and out within 3 minutes.

Top notch team at this Lake Ave. location! I had 2 large shipments but Nylah, Salisha, and Dylan all had great attitudes and helped piece together boxing to make the shipments possible. Will be back!
