TERRIBLE experience. The store is supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. the two employees not only arrived 7 minutes late - several people were waiting outside watching them walk in, and did not even acknowledge anyone or apologize for the delay. The older woman looked like she rolled right out of bed, two different socks on, hair a mess. They went in the side door and we could see them through the glass for several minutes not even opening the front door and allowing people to come inside from the cold weather while we wait. They apparently lost power before store opened and had to reboot all of their computers then they were giving CUSTOMERS attitudes instead of apologizing and understanding it was frustrating on our part too! In addition, i was waiting for a total of 25 minutes and the young lady was unable to assist with my Amazon returns, she kept saying she was getting an error message and when I asked what I should do she shrugged and said “try another UPS store” - The worst.

What a horrible experience. I paid $140 for an overnight shipment of important items. UPS is a poor service as well as this location. I have to wait an extra day for my package due to the negligence of UPS. I did call this store and a refund will be issued once I receive the package, so the employee says. Disgusted.

I was waiting in line with three employees and only two customers. When I asked for a notary, they informed me that one was leaving (even though she was there when I joined the line with no one in front of me), and the other was on lunch break and would return in 15 minutes. The notary was still there the whole time.

I usually just drop packages off, no real issues there. The notary there doesn’t really know what she’s doing. Today I needed an acknowledgment signed for a golf cart I’m purchasing. She insisted she needed to verify the VIN. I explained it wasn’t a VIN verification, I just needed her to notarize my signature. She still refused without really even looking at the document. If you need anything notarized, just go a few blocks down the street to LA Gutierrez. I went there right after and they were excellent.

I had some very important documents that I needed Notarized before the weekend so I rushed to this location at 4:30 and got their at 4:45. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to get to the register at 5:04 and them tell me that they won't Notarize my paperwork cause the notary is supposed to go home at 5. Mind you she is still right their in front of me, but doesn't wana stay a minute late. If she had already left I can understand that. But she just didn't want to do it cause they had a line and it would have made them stay even later. I should have came earlier I admit so after the fact I understand, I sure was mad that day tho. The next time I went they helped me just fine

Really frustrating when one of the staff (no name tag) refuses to even consider the possibility of being wrong. I needed a document notarized authorizing a state of Florida background check however she decided it was an I9 (federal form). “UPS won’t allow us to notarize anything to do with I9s.” I attempted to educate her regarding the difference but she got up and walked away.So, I drove to a different UPS store and that staff notarized my signature on the document without a single question or hesitation.

Anthony is amazing! I use this location often for large packages and Anthony always makes it happen! Professional, Prompt, and courteous….I go out of my way to use this location.

By far the worst customer service they lost my package and stated it was there and it was never there. Anthony is the worst employee there he has no respect at all. Their work ethics here is a joke and not worth any stars at all. Save your time from shipping or picking up from this location the girl they have working here is also very unprofessional did not want to give her name she just hanged up and told me my package is not there. Meanwhile I received their door tag saying it’s there. They are liars and unprofessional. ZERO STARS.
