What kind of shipping store doesn’t handle return labels? Apparently this one. This has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard from UPS. Waited 20 minutes just to be told that. Heading to FedEx instead!

i hate leaving negative review. Have use UPS numerous times without a problem but this store is a joke. I went in last week monday and it looked like a war zone. Packages everywhere. Boxes with packages all the way past the front counter. I should have walked out then. But i needed to return my daughters school laptop. So i dropped it off and its been 8 days and package still hasnt left the store. Now i have to file a claim to try and locate and go through that headache.

Tantra was very patient and helpful. I had 3 large paintings to ship and she gave me several options to choose from which was very helpful. If you get the chance to work with her you will be fortunate.

Went in to return an Amazon purchase. Was told I needed to put item in a shipping bag. I told her I was returning the item in the original packaging that it was mailed to me in. Snotty employee responds with “If she wants to mail it that way, fine.” I’ll go somewhere else next time.

This UPS location is my go-to for obvious reasons - all employees are helpful and super patient. Today I had an especially pleasant experience with Mike. He was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns regarding my packages. Job well done! Thank you, Mike!!

We stopped into The UPS Store on Hypoluxo to pick up a specialty box to allow us to check some golf clubs on to a plane to take back north and Mikey at the register and front counter was awesome. He measured our longest club found the right box and even double checked to make sure the box would work. He was a great example of customer service! Thank you Mikey! Oh, and we showed our AAA card and received a discount too.

My review is for Keith who was a true professional and provided above and beyond customer service. He made the process of returning Xfinity equipment absolutely seamless. I felt reassured, valued- what really stood out the most was his professionalism and courtesy. You can just tell that he really enjoyed his work and did his best for the store/company. In the past, I didn’t have the best experience, but they seemed to have a lot of staff that day (was a Friday) and there was no line.

This would be the most convenient store for me to return items or ship things. I went in there to send something to Amazon and went to the computer, where you could help yourself. It turns out that the printer was not working and it was unable to print my label. The person behind the counter said I’d need to wait. I waited, and then I had to ask somebody to please help me, since I was being ignored. Then they told me that I needed to come over and see them at the counter. They said the printer would not print out the sticker, and that they would need to do it for me. In the future, I will be going to the UPS store on Boynton Beach Blvd. and jog. They have a nice person who sits there at a desk that separate that will take your returns from Amazon and it’s easier. Any time I come to this UPS store on jog and Hypoluxo it’s such a stressful situation.

Very slow service with staff showing little motivation. Even with only two people ahead, the wait was over 10 minutes. Employees seem uninterested in working and deliberately move slowly. They also try to push customers to buy overpriced packaging supplies with various excuses. Poor experience overall

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff was so incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I called in to confirm that someone would be there to notarize my documents and was told to come in. I arrived 18mins later to be told that the person had, “just left for lunch”. I decided to wait the 30mins. I waited 40 mins and returned inside only to be told “oh he just left for lunch like a min ago. You gonna have to wait 30 mins.” So they expected me to wait another hour mins after they made this huge time error. There was 0 customer service nor compassion showed for my wasted time. Horrible experience!!!!

I frequently ship out my items here as A seller on Depop, Poshmark, and mercari and the Customer service is amazing! I very much appreciate how quick and user-friendly it is to ship out items at this location. One of the Employees, Ronnie, was especially very kind to me And helped me ship out a few packages when I came in last minute five minutes before Closing! Every time I visit this location, I have always had an amazing experience. Thank you UPSP and Ronnie for your excellent customer service!❤️
