Whoever was working in the backroom at 3:25 on 7/29 is a despicable human being, talking to the public as if she was above them. Very rude and entitled it is evident this post office allows this rude behavior from their staff. That person should not be around the public and definitely not serving them. The worst interaction I've had with a public servant. 1/100 experience all because of this one rude staff member.

We don’t know if this is the office in charge of the zip code 33467 but we have a review to make to the USPS in general. Service is horrible this must be a private company asap.
We get virtual messages regarding incoming mail to us with pictures of the envelopes etc. A few days ago, we got one email from the USPS saying that we’ll be receiving our tax return check on a day or so but never did. Check got lost/stolen or delivered to someone else?☹️
When we contacted our delivery person, she gave a lazy, and irresponsible answer. Something like: yes, this is becoming very common. Really? Is that the best answer you can give us?
This is not a third world country please wake up! Perhaps someone at the USPS is taking those checks since they are so obvious. Full investigation here asap. ?
Better training for mail delivery people is needed. Some are very sloppy, rude and careless with our mail.

0/10 I waited 30 minutes for form. Unfortunately I needed a second one & I kindly asked the postal agent if I could receive another since I was just inside. She made me wait in line again almost an hour. Truly the worst , no sense of urgency what so ever.

If you want the rudest and Non helpful staff that doesn't care about the customer, this place takes the crown. They don't even deserve 1 star and Looking at the other Negative reviews, I'm clearly NOT the only one who thinks this and they just don't care to change their POOR reputation.. Also, If you let the useless supervisor Daquilla know how unhelpful they were, the only resolution is they will get a Talk, but who cares about customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that was 100 percent the clerks fault..
If you want a nice helpful mailing place who doesn't mind giving you a piece of tape and provides great customer service without an attitude, go to In and out mailbox on lake worth and jog. Night and Day. God forbid to simply ask for courteous people that don't rip you off, thank you lake worth post office for helping me find in and out mailing service..

This post office ? is always very busy...and I don't mind it at all! The postal workers are kind, and very entertaining so it keeps the line moving!Postal workers hold up very well under very busy times of day! Thank you for all you do to treat Everyone with such patience and kindness ?

I work at an office located off of 2nd Avenue a little east of Congress, West Of Boutwell. We have been here approximately 3 years and have had as many mail carriers! The second to the last carrier was a nice young lady that liked the route and wanted to stay! She was moved to another route and was replaced by a girl brought in from Colorado that has since quit! Our business handles checks, and for checks to be lost or undelivered altogether is unacceptable!! Why couldn't you let the carrier that liked this (as I have been told a VERY Tough Route) stay? Now we are on our 4th mail carrier in 3 years...Please quit treating this area as an after thought! our mail for the most part is VERY Time sensitive, so you keep changing carriers just as they get used to the route????

If I could give them zero stars I would. Everyone is rude and thinks it is a game when sending SENSITIVE PAPER WORK TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! THEN WHEN WE ASK TO GET THE MONEY BACK THEY REFUSED SAYING IT IS ON TIME EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS THE WRONG ADDRESS SO WE CUSSED THEM OUT AND LEFT NEVER AGAIN!!!!
