Very efficient staff, professional and friendly. The office is small, and could use an upgrade by USPS. Let’s give it more character, like this town.

No self serve kiosk for QR codes. Only one teller window open at 845 am, when they open at 830. and a line out the door.

I went with them because they had 24-hour PO Box access, and then they took it away without changing the price. if you're having nighttime security issues in the lobby, talk to the police. you're a federal agency. or like, require a PO box key to open the door. that's what UPS does

Huge shout out to Malia (definitely spilling it incorrectly) who went way above and beyond to help me get my package so I could make my flight later this afternoon. She definitely could have told me tough luck, but she decided to help. I hope she is recognized for her excellence. What an absolute legend. Get her a raise!

I was just inside this USPS location. I was looking for a place to drop my package. My pkg wouldn’t fit in the slot. My pkg is 11”x7”x8.75”. I went to the door, where I could hear the USPS workers talking, & knocked. After knocking a few different times a lady finally answered through the door. I asked if there was a place I could leave my pkg. She said, there’s a window w/ drop. I went back around & looked again incase I missed it previously. There wasn’t. I went back around & knocked again, & again, w/ no response … but I could hear them clearly talking about me standing there asking for help. I said, My package is a little too big to fit, is there any other place? No response to me, but I could hear them talking about me asking a question. Again, knocked & asked if anyone could tell me where I can place my package?. Once again, they didn’t respond to me, but they talked about me standing there needing help. There was 2 women & 1 man that I could hear by the door, but more further inside.I don’t understand how people can be so rude & ignorant. This is & has been an issue w/ USPS. When there is zero accountability at your place of employment, then why would you care about customer service &/ or how you treat people. If you’re allowed to be that disrespectful & unhelpful w/o consequence in a partial service type industry, then you can understand why USPS has struggled over the years. I’ve seen USPS employees dropping packages & then kicking them to where they were going, as opposed to picking them up. I’ve seen the usps mail carrier forcefully stuff a package in a mailbox, during a rainstorm, then the pkg fell out & they just drove off leaving it sitting on the wet & muddy ground. These aren’t 1 offs or the rare bad egg, this is fairly prevalent. The mindset of, who cares because I’ll still have a job. There’s no reprocussions for lazy, rudeness, ignorance, or anything else with usps employees. There are some good people in usps that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Unfortunately, they’re far & few between. When I called about the package left on the muddy ground during a rainstorm, & my mailbox door was left down w/ all my mail getting saturated, the response I got was, Did you have insurance? I said, No. Response, that’s why you should always get insurance. I bet you won’t make that mistake again! WTH?!?!Why can’t USPS employees get reprimanded, suspended, fired, something? Maybe then they would have just a lil respect for their job & their customer base.Tuesday, February 27th, 2024Location: USPS Lake Worth, FLTime of incident: 7:50a to 8:11a
