“I came in today to do some shopping as well as return an item. I did not have the proper receipt to make a return, and without that it’s against policy to make a return. That being said, it’s easily verifiable that I am making a honest and reasonable return; and the nice staff member Kristina (maybe Christina?) knew that, and so did the manager Pam. They both were very polite, understanding, and took the time to make sure my problem was sorted out. It’s rare you find ppl who take pride in what they do. It’s one of the best traits a person can have. I hope they are recognized for their genuine kindness, because it compounds further than we imagine. Thank you.”
“This cute vintage shop has so many beautiful knick knacks, jewelry, crystal, purses, chandeliers you name it! Most importantly, Ms. Hannes was such a doll! The customer service here is A++. “I wouldn't feel right if I didn't leave a review for the employees there. I've never felt disrespected when I go there. I've been seeing some new faces there but a young man(looks like a teenager) named Jason is just too kind. That kid is very well mannered and helpful. I was going through some things and he took his time to listen. His parents have done a great job raising such a wonderful kid. I went there twice last week and I received the same service from that young man. Great job five below for training your employees.”
“I went to this location for a cellphone charger and Heather greeted me. She greeting everyone that entered the store. She helped me fund my cellphone charger, explaining the features and asking me questions to accommodate me. I felt very welcomed that I continued to look around and shop more. Carmen greeted me and helped to select more items . She walked me over to the location and told me other options. I will definitely go back to this location, They all provide top notch customer service. I can't wait to shop at this location again . I am highly satisfied ??”
