Yelp is being really strange lately as I'm absolutely sure to have done a review of this particular Walgreens stores. We've been coming here for many years -- since it was built on the southeast corner of Jog Road and Lake Worth.In the last year, we've been here often as our current insurance has us picking up prescriptions from this chain. We've designated this location (as well as one in Pompano Beach), as our main pickup points when doctors call in our medications.They're fairly standard here. Not usually too busy. We are mainly going through the drive through line for the pharmacy, with occasional stops for other over the counter stuff and the one-off cosmetics or candy bar. Or something last minute that I remembered I needed. And yes, we will be back again unless our insurance changes back to the CVS where we previously went....

Noelle and Carnella( I think I misspelled her name) we’re so nice. I shop for patients at a nearby rehab center who can’t leave and they assisted me with my large purchase. They didn’t give me a hard time like some managers do. It was very nice to meet such nice people.

I went through the drive thru pharmacy this evening and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The pharmacy technician Zaara, is truly incredible, personable and helpful.Thanks Zaara for all of your help and compassion.

Pharmacy dept. is a headache! My Doctor, sent my prescription over. I gave them plenty of time to get them ready. Went to look for them and claimed they were not sent in. So I had to rush to the Dr. Office before they closed, because they were no longer answering the phones, To ask them to give me copies of the prescription.and they showed me the confirmation of the sent scripts. So I called the pharmacy to make sure they had them , and they said ohh I just got them 20 mins.ago, come in 2 hrs. It should be ready. I go Back AFTER 2 hrs. And they say. 2 meds. Are not ready because they weren't Shure whether to fill them or not . Because it was pricey. And she said, l didn't know if you had insurance. And some people don't even buy them. I told them to please fill all the scripts.and of course COME BACK IN ONE HOUR!

Bunch of inconsiderate morons work the pharmacy. Check your scripts BEFORE you leave because it is either a wrong script, they forgot a script, or some other incompetent issue. Zero customer service and they simply don't care. Use another location if you value your health. If I could a negative star I would.

Pharmacy unable to fill a prescription in two hours. Patient just came out of surgery and was told to go to another store or come back tomorrow.
