I'm updating my review in light of last week's fantastic experience at the drugstore. I had never used the pharmacy at this Walgreens shop before. When I went to drop off and subsequently pick up my medicine, Linda was really helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. She also advised me on when to obtain refills so I would always have them before my medication runs out. Because of the great service, I will be moving from the CVS across the street to this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy. Additionally, lines and wait times aren't usually as bad as they are at CVS.

This place is really a joke and have no respect for their customers. I'm speaking about the pharmacy. I was lied to in my face. When I called my insurance they confirmed what the pharmacy had told me was indeed NOT TRUE. When I walked back to the window while on the phone with my insurance, HE (pharmacy) changed his story. BUT WHY?? I still remained calm and I'm sitting her waiting patiently but in disbelief he would lie. If a pharmacy can tell a small lie like that, can he be trust worthy??

Spoke with a male pharmacist today around 4:07 on the phone and he was absolutely rude. Recovering from surgery, calling to ask a simple question, attitude not needed.

This is the most RACIST Walgreens I have ever walked into, they do not want to clean up after black folks in the area visit the store bathrooms so they decided to stick a paper reading “Bathroom out of order” so they do not have to clean it up, there are more than one toilet and urinals on the bathrooms, just because one broke you do not have close the whole bathroom, just tape up the broken one, Walgreens should be fined for allowing their employees to do this to the customers, I am not walking into another Walgreens aver again, this is so disrespectful!!

As much as I love Walgreens, this one has poor customer service. They look at you while you’re in line and don’t ask if you need help then the one thing you’ve been waiting for to get a passport picture they tell you that they don’t have a screen they don’t do those right now.

Updating my review based on a great experience at the pharmacy last week. It was my first time using this Walgreens' store pharmacy. Linda was super helpful, knowledgable, and kind when I went to drop off and later pick up my medication and also gave me a heads up about when to request my refills so I would get them without any gaps in getting my refills before the medication runs out. I will be switching my normal pharmacy from the CVS down the road to this one based on the exceptional service. Also there isn't always a crazy line and wait time like at the CVS.Wanted to leave a review for the great photo department at this store. I ordered a bunch of holiday photo card prints online early yesterday morning before the store opened. By 10am my large order was complete and ready for pick up. The staff person in the photo department was very kind and helpful. She let me rake a look at the cards to make sure they looked OK before I paid, and gave me some extra envelopes just in case. The quality of the cards were great and much better and way cheaper than the ones I previously ordered at CVS and was not happy with. Will definitely be returning here whenever I need to have photos printed!

Denies restrooms to paying customers and and even worst what happens to people coming to purchase their meds with conditions? Was told they have no restrooms in working order.Are employees robots because employee said they dont have to use the restrooms..insane.SMH

This has the be the worst pharmacy and store I have ever used. The store lets the local car repair shops park all around the parking lot which causes extra traffic and people running around the parking lot to move cars. My guess is someone is getting paid. I wonder if the corporate knows and approved of this.The pharmacy doesn't fill prescriptions. They sit in a pending status for days and when you call and ask about them they just blame it on the lack of help. Each time you call there is a long hold time and there is a good chance you will get disconnected. I have moved to a different pharmacy because it's been over 2 years of dealing with the same bad service.

The pharmacy staff is not well-trained, neither the Customer Service Representatives on the Walgreen phone line.I made my appointment for the Covid 19 booster shot and showed up 10 minutes earlier, so, afterward I could get on time to a different appointment I had at a different location.The Walgreen email directions for the Covid 19 vaccine appointment states: Please bring the following to your appointment:-Your medical and/or pharmacy benefit insurance card or Medicare card (if applicable).-A copy of your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card. If you don’t have it, a pharmacy team member can help you when you arrive.Well, I brought a picture of my Covid 19 vaccination card on my phone, the Walgreen QR Code available on my Walgreen App account and the appointment confirmation email.I showed everything to the pharmacist assistance, then to the pharmacist and both of them dismissed me. They said that the Walgreen policy doesn't allow people without the physical vaccination card to get any booster shots. Even when my first booster was provided by Walgreen itself and it was on the computer and clearly on the vaccination card picture on my phone.To make my 1 and 1/2 hour story short. I had to call, chat, and claim my right to get my shot... which I really needed. And, I had to cancel my afterward work appointment. I finally got my booster shot because I gave them a hard time.My point is that the staff at the store and on the customer service line didn't know a very basic information that comes included in the appointment confirmation email. They really were dismissive and nobody helped me as the directions for the appointment claims.This experience left me wondering the extend of such lack of knowledge.

Jasmine helped me in the photo department, she was nice and patient. I had to reprint a few photos and it was a little time consuming but she helped me and my prints turned out great! Definitely going back next time I need prints.

Waiting for my test result it has been over 3 hours. I called and I keep getting told to check in 30 minutes and nothing plus everytime I call I get places on hold without being told not even a hello . THIS pharmacy is badly run !!!

I will never do business with this Walgreens again. The pharmacy was very unorganized. Stated they had an insurance issue but I found out a day later after calling myself. They did not reach out at all. I then got tired of the service and transferred prescription to another pharmacy, then the pharmacy calls me questioning why I'm having my prescriptions transferred because they worked really hard to get them filled. How unprofessional!! I do not recommend ever!!!!
