Poor customer service. Pharmacy tech could use some (a lot) of customer service training. Walgreens was cheaper and got the order right the first time without the attitude.

Don’t ever come this pharmacy. The worst customer service and generics pills. They don’t read any directions your doctor gives and their staff are useless if you have any concerns.

I normally use a different location but my wife tested positive for Covid and the pharmacy near me was out of the medication. They suggested I call around and I was lucky that I reached Lilly at this location. She looked up the prescription and verified they had it and would take care of getting the info from the other store. Of course computer issues caused the prescription to get locked up. Lilly did not give up and found a fix to get it filled. She was professional, knowledgeable and above all caring. I would recommend them to all.

SUCKS!!! They take their time and have NO customer service skills at all!!! Every time I try to run in to get a proscription I wait at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. This is even if no o dis in line. In search of a new pharmacy in fact.

What a great pharmacy team! They are very friendly and helpful at this Wal-Mart pharmacy, especially the pharmacist Iner. He has helped me several times with the insurance companies who would prefer to see you dead than get your medicine. He has argued on my behalf to get the medicine I need for the several rare problems I was lucky enough to get as I got older. He really put in the effort, and managed to get me my medicine when I needed it to try and keep me alive a little longer. Thank you Iner and Team!

There is a, what I am assuming manager, that has very poor customer service and is very disrespectful to the cashier. He has dread lock twist hair. I believe his name is "jr". He should never talk down to a female cashier ever. Especially in front of customers. Wal-mart needs to get rid of him.
