I walked inside and felt welcome till I ran into Trice that walks out of her office to harrass people.

Got gas on a Tuesday and noticed the Wawa advertisement on the gas pump about free coffee on Tuesdays. Went in and poured a cup only to be told by the cashier that they no longer do that promotion. I told the employee that about the existing sign outside and he didn't care.

General manager terrible. I purchased something and literally hours later asked to exchange it because the cashier gave me the wrong item, wouldn’t allow me to even exchange it when it was their fault. Won’t be back to this one

Awful service this white old lady very disrespectful and the black lady next with her having the same attitude talking very rude to me it’s 10:20 pm 12-31-2023 so the manager or whoever can see and know who I’m talking about like why work and have an attitude they should have stayed home it’s not my fault that they are miserable and working on New Year’s Eve like act professional and stay calm but no hopefully they get a warning or written up or fired I don’t care just straight trash they are

On Saturday 12/16/2023, this has occurred twice, I visit this location as I have many times before and various others. When purchasing items that require ID this is the only person that has asked to scan the card. The thing is, no Wawa employee does this. Now, this can be a strict adherence to policy by a "by the book" employee. Nah, I'm not buying that. It seems to me, this happens when discriminating and profiling. Paulo, is his name. If that's not enough to prove my point, read this. I exit the store and realize a lighter was forgotten during the purchase. When re-entering the store, the employee grabs a backpack and runs from behind the checkout counter. He would not even complete the purchase. This is an episode of Prejudice Paranoia Disorder. I coined the phrase myself. I grab a lighter from behind the register by reaching over then, paying for it at self checkout. Wawa, just like I told 7-Eleven, give me a location with five years of no franchising fees and a startup bonus. But, an equal cash settlement will suffice.

The best sub I have ever had from Wawa was made for me today at this location. Sub was made at ~10am and I'm not sure who made it but it was amazing, I appreciate the attention to detail and the love that was put into my sandwich and I want that to be the main takeaway from this review, thank

Spoke with Halle tonight on the phone about an issue I had with an Uber eats delivery, and I must say she was absolutely incredible. I can bet that I didn’t sound too happy when I called but she went above and beyond to make sure that our issue was resolved and constantly kept it professional the entire time to be honest I was ready to be done with this Wawa location but the kindness I received from Halle deff makes me rethink that decision. Being able too handle situations like these shows signs of a true leader and I hope the proper people recognize the talent they have on their team. Thank you very much Halle

Never had a problem with my orders unless it’s for delivery. Then I don’t get half of what was ordered. In store everything is golden.

Surprisingly their pizzas are actually pretty good. It’s very clean inside and feels nice to walk around and shop in. Also a bonus is that they have an icecream I love but nobody sells anymore

This is a good Wawa location. Service is fast and it is clean and well stocked inside. There are a lot of pumps at this station and the parking lot has many spaces. They also now sell lotto tickets at this location.

For someone who travels more than the average person for my job, I am constantly on the road and looking for places to eat in the Southern half of the State of Florida. And get gas as well. Gas is competitively cheap, but I have been able to expense gas for 20+ years so I really never pay too much attention to cost- but it's competitive to Costco I hear and Racetrack for sure. I can kill two birds with one stone at Wawa. Actually 3 birds w/ one stone- gas, bathroom break, and fresh prepared quality food/drink. I never really heard of Wawa living in South Beach for 7+ years, and as an Upstate NY transplant. We did not have Wawa in Upstate New York that I ever saw, or Western Mass or Northern Connecticut when I was driving 35,000+ miles a year. I've only recently discovered these Wawa's as they are expanding rapidly in South Florida. New stations, clean bathrooms, staffed very very well, and free air for tires makes this my Go-to gas station. I had read online about the cult following of thier submarine sandwiches from this Philly based gas station. I tried one last year for the first time and I am hooked like crazy. This is a high quality made to order restaurant and mini market with a gas station attached lol. Thier sub sandwiches are better than subway by a mile. A 10 inch loaded sub is $7.50!! I don't get how they make money honestly, w/ 2-3x the meat of Subway or the other sub shops (maybe Jersey Mike's is an exception- but they don't have gas and a killer selection of market items, fresh made ice cream Sundays, etc. This place has everything. It's epic. I have such a huge crush on this place. I just found out they deliver food within a general vicinity- my place included. I going to be in trouble with my waistline lol. I wish I knew they delivered to my building 6 months ago :( My favorite gas station/sub sandwich/fresh made salad/mini Mart/pit stop in Florida gets 5 stars.

This is by far one of my favorite locations. Latoya is always great. She’s always in a good mood, and you can tell she likes working with people, and another associate by the name of Blanca always remembers that I like a little extra peppers , if I ever were to have anything that has to involve customer service, they would be on the top of my list for my business ty !
