Placed an order for a Italian wrap added avocado, but didn't get avocado after I paid extra for it, got also a banana pepper as toppings. As a previous wawa team member even I know how to read an order it's not that difficult. SMH no bags at the self checkouts, other wawa stores don't do things like this.

Wawa, you can do better! Both air pumps are not working. Sometime people drive for miles to come and use those air pumps and it’s crushing when they are not working.

was picking up a doordash order from here and the lady named ash starting screaming at me telling me she already handed out the order and she was not going to be making it again for me. i had to sit and wait on doordash support for 15-20 mins just to get this girl to give me my order.

I've never been to a Wawa like this place in my entire life. There was a black truck parked at the spot directly in front of the door ghetto blasting music as loud as you could possibly imagine. So loud that it actually hurt my ears when I walked in and out of the store. This truck was parked there for at least 45 minutes because I visited that same Wawa twice tonight. I could tell people walking in and out of the store were upset by the music but were avoiding looking towards the inside of the truck to avoid angering the driver. I went to the guy at the register at Wawa and told him about the truck. The man had a grayish beard and his arm was in a cast. He says, "Oh yeah, I know about the truck and music, but it's not against the law." I informed him that it actually is against the law in Florida to play music that loud. But more importantly, he didn't seem to care about how it was disturbing Wawa customers. I talked to him at around 3 a.m., and he said casually, "well, the police will deal with it when they come around at 4:00, but I'll make a note that someone complained about the noise." I could tell he didn't care, didn't mind that the music might continue for another hour disturbing countless other customers, and I just walked out. When I got to my car, I called the non-emergency police line but wasn't able to get through to a person to report the noise so I just gave up. I lost so much respect for Wawa tonight. It's just another run of the mill gas station like everywhere else.

Terrible service. The man with the beard and cast on his arm should be disciplined. He refused to stop a person from ghetto blasting music from their truck.

All-time favorite Wawa. Every time I place an order, the manager and the staff at the food station make sure it is flawless. I also adore the self-checkout kiosks. incredibly time-saving! Strongly advised!

Beware I was over charged for gas. Price said $3.36 for regular gas, it charged me $60.00 and I only have a 17 gallon tank, so it charged me at least $3.53 a gallon seeing that the tank was not even completely empty. Very Sketchy !!

I placed my sub order today. Horrible! The worst thing is the bread. There was some sort of mystery meat on the Italian sub. The level of service is equally poor. Employees in the deli going about their business. The person behind the desk had my order ready, but I was unable to catch their attention. At last, someone approached me, disregarded my words, and pretended not to hear me.Completely finished using Wawa!
