This isn’t my first time at the location. My coffees was not made accurately, one of them was completely wrong not even alter caramel, they put my iced coffee in hot coffee cups. I was told my sizzl isn’t ready because he “just put it in” . Meanwhile my mobile order was completed 15 minutes ago plus I put my gas before going to retrieve my items and they still weren’t ready. The barista showed no concern her response was “I didn’t make it” so who did?? Because there is no other barista here. Never coming here again.

First time visiting this location… seems cleaner and more organized than most Wawa… anyways… I’m not a fan of the fact that the male cashier seemed smiling and giggling with the costumers in-front of me … but as soon as it was my turn didn’t say nothing.. not hi or nothing… and I said thanks and still said nothing … no good night or acknowledgment at all…. Made me feel discriminatory tbh … to pick and choose who to be nice to….

Every time I come here for hoagies it is not done right. I ordered spinach on my 10 inch sandwich and i got FOUR pieces on the entire thing. I ordered extra mayo and got none. This happens every single time. This wawa is the worssssstttttt. I will not be returing

Probably the best gas station chains in Florida, they have custom food orders available inside from sandwiches to pizzas great quality coffee and many other essentials.

I go there often to buy coffee and breakfasts, one thing I realized when I enter , they never say "welcome to wawa" to me, I checked it few times, but nah, they dont say it to me, 😂, even person enters right after me, gets to hear it. I guess I have try to wear make ups to make my skin lighter next time I go there. The blonde employee with glasses (sometimes a bird on her shoulder) and an old lady on register, they are super nice though, its fun to talk to them

I ordered quesadilla online and my order was supposed to be ready at 5:10am and my husband went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready, 2 people went in the store and ordered on the kiosk and they prepared their food first?? Like seriously! This location is always doing things like this or your order is missing something, to make matters worse the guy was very rude? This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced! I can teach Wawa’s employees customer service training the proper way! I don’t think the employees realize that customers make Wawa stay in business! No customers, no business. WORST Wawa gas station EVER!!! Don’t bother people!

I go to Wawa all the time. Got a flat tire in middle of work and asked if someone could help me put my donut on and the Wawa grown men that work there said “it’s not their job.”
Thanks guys. I know it’s not your job, but whatever happened to being a gentleman.

Visited this location on Friday, paid for my gas and got my food, and just finished talking to one of the employees, then I overheard a manager yelling at her employees in front of everyone. I was so embarrassed for them, I asked what her name was and they said Rondalee. I can understand that people can make mistakes, but there’s absolutely no reason to berate your employees in front of customers. I’m disgusted by this behavior and I won’t come back.

Brenda, Patti & Deborah make my experience at visiting the gas station so pleasurable. I frequent this gas station daily. Customer service by these ladies is so awesome that this is the only Wawa I go to!
