Went in asking for helpThey try to convince you not to wait 3 people were not doing nothing at 1235 a lady asked me again what I need I told her she goes well is not an easy process you can wait if you is going to be a long wait I said again I. Am wait she goes well I have appointments schedule all day my next one is at 1 pm ?? since 1215 she wants to walk around and wait for next appointment client and refused to take care of me and another guy who was sitting there is a lady with short hair worts customer service ever

Poor customer service, don't come to this branch even if you have an appointment, they will see you and won't even ask you how to assist you.

Never come to this bank. Worst ever. Banker Mayla has no clue what she is doing. She has no training at all. Ridiculous. Worst banking experience ever. Time to look for a new bank. They need better training.

Customer Service is the worse. I'm only available on Saturday's to access bank box and no one is available to help. If you aren't depositing or withdrawing there is no one to help you. Will definitely be closing account and back to PNC which understands customer service.
