My visit to Wells Fargo today left much to be desired. Despite only five people ahead of me, I endured a 49-minute wait. At the drive-thru window, two employees were present, while three were stationed in cubicles. While one employee attended to a customer, the others appeared to be engaged in casual conversation and laughter. When I mentioned the excessive wait time, one of the cubicle workers even chuckled, adding to my frustration. It's baffling how this branch could be considered the worst in the area. I'd willingly extend my journey by 15 minutes to avoid revisiting this location. Given the lack of improvement evident from past reviews, I urge others to steer clear of this branch or consider moving their accounts to the neighboring Chase bank.

If you could give No Stars, I would. I am going out of my way to write this review, because nowadays businesses only react to bad reviews on Google. This has to be the worst Wells Fargo in Palm Beach County. First they make you park and get out, because they permanently closed the drive thru. Second, when you walk in, you are overtaken by a smell of both old and mold. There will be zero people in bank but yet, employees won't lift head to greet you. The lady behind counter should have retired 10 yrs ago. If you are not 70 to 300 yrs old, they don't really want you. This location is only open because of surrounding 70 yr plus communities. Yes I meant 70 not 55+. Save yourself the bad experience and go to the Lake Worth Rd and Jog location. Good riddance

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. The inside has been permanently closed so they only have the drive thru. Their ATM doesn’t accept cash deposits half the time.

This bank is ridiculous and the manager is rude obnoxious excuse for a human!! Go to the commercial line you will be there for 30-40 min every time they make up there own rules as they go when you ask for the manager you will get 5 different faces first and they treat you like garbage no customer service what so ever they lose deposit slips on a daily refuse change orders just plain stupid employees and managers Process

This is my wonderful bank closed since the Covid hit last March of 2020 . Every business from grocery store to post office to UPS FedEx , Drs are open . But guess what Wells Fargo is waiting for some Devine intervention to open . It is crazy ridiculous that they are still closed as of JULY 2021 . What a wonderful caring bank .

This is the worst Bank location I have been in. The banker at one point didn’t even bother getting up and greet the next customer and when it was time to sit and discuss my issue the banker literally told me let’s do things her way the way she wants it done there’s no other way talk about customer service. Manager finally came out and was no help at all was also rude I will officially stop banking with Wells Fargo cause of this and small other issues of course. I can’t wait to press the issue to upper management to stress the issue about customer service and how important it is.

Horrible people who can't do their jobs Can't cash a check, questioned me on who gave me the check. And made me feel d*** for opening a new account which I closed 5 min later when they couldn't deposit my check. The bank manager sucks The bank tellers suck Everyone here is a waste of human life Don't waste your time expecting help from these idiots! Don't open a bank account with Wells Fargo
