Richard Danca!! The best personal banker I’ve worked with. I don’t leave reviews but people need to know about this man. He’s focused on solutions and finding a way to make it work for you. He called me every day for a week to give me status updates on financing until we got all the ducks in a row. Communicative, pro active problem solver, very nice. I hope you guys are able to hold on to him.

These white people at that bank are racist no customer service rude and nasty people even that one black girl is rude I guess those white people rube off on her don’t go to that bank if you black or brown color.

Never went into a bank before and was told there was no banker to help me. A bank full of employees but no banker. They offered me an appointment for a week later. I had to go out of my city and find another branch. Half the employees but three "bankers" on site. They help me. C'mon Wells Fargo get your s*** together!

Went to the drive through Atm to make a deposit the machine took a $50 bill from me and would not give it back... I tried to use it again after this happened and it said deposit unavailable never had this happen pretty pissed off.

I always go to this bank, mostly Saturdays. People there are always friendly and helpful , when covid started, I started going more to the atm, today I had to come in because I needed some document notarized. I sat there and waited my turn when one of the tellers came and told me they couldn't help me because they had an 11 o clock appointment came and they were next. it was 10:55 am . I notarized there before and with the other employees it never took them long, it would take most 5 minutes. maybe the new staff doesn't care with the old customers anymore. I left and went to another branch in lake worth / jog.i'm sure It costed me more time driving to the other branch than it would have costed them to notarize my document, very disappointing.

Don't come to this bank if you're under 70. They only like to help old people and will literally ignore you sitting on the chairs for 30 mins as they help all of the old people who walk in after you.
