This place is a joke and they discriminate against mentally challenged people very disrespectful rude nasty! will double scan your items even when you show them the receipt and you can clearly see where it was double scanned. The employees are rude. The store is disgusting.

be careful! we purchased gas at this 7-11 and immediately someone started trying to use my card! they attempted large purchases at target, best buy and Walmart of over 2k.
attempts at contacting this location has been in vain so far.

The best 7-Eleven in the country is easily store #35052 in Lakeland, especially 3rd shift. Their commitment to quality customer service and general upkeep of the store is unmatched.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. When you walk in, make sure your pockets are empty of things purchased from other stores or else you will be accused of theft by the employees and cussed at. They will follow you to your vehicle and harass you. They will not listen when you're trying to explain the situation. Will never step foot in this store again.

As of 12:30 a.m.,Saturday the 20th of January, I am no longer allowed at this store. I was accused of theft by the on site manager. I had a pack of Wet Wipes in my pocket. I carry them out of habit to keep my hands clean. The manager on duty noticed I had these and accused me of theft. As she was cursing me out and threatening to call the cops,I struggled to explain that I had bought the Wipes from Walgreens weeks ago,and to check the cameras. Im not used to these types of interactions as an introvert. I wasn't the nicest back mind you,and I regret it. I was a frequent customer in the past when I lived closer,and would always see cops,especially late at night. I'm a law abiding citizen with no criminal background, and I morally believe stealing is wrong except if it is to feed a starving child. I have sent an email to 7-11 compliance and until my situation is at least acknowledged, I will boycott 7-11. I don't mean to be a Karen,but this is all I can do. It's sad that the other 99% of my interactions with the employees here were awesome, especially with the older white manager (who loves the Honey Bit cakes as much as I do) and the very nice older woman of Hispanic descent who is nice to everyone. The manager who cussed me out has seen me many times before,she is the skinny Hispanic/Philippino lady. She didn't need to take her or the the stores theft problems out on me,a ex loyal customer.

The Service is very friendly and consistent. There is usually a line here for the store and most customers are courteous and the staff usually makes each customer feel like they are important, so I always return.
