I stopped in early two mornings this recent weekend to pick up some bottled water and grab-and-go sandwiches for lunch later in the day. Staff was friendly both times. Sandwiches were good when I ate them. Store was convenient to the motel I was using.

This store is the most inconvenient convenience store. Right near work which is good but, they have two food places in the store and there is either no food to grab and go or it’s about two days dried out. The manager is a failure

Conveniently located, this store offers fuels and some automotive products such as light bulbs, lubricants, antifreeze, and gas additives. Coffee, sodas, juices, beers, wines, fruits, chips.... it is recommended as a strategic stop for travelers and neighbors.

I go to this “ convenient store” because it’s within walking distance of my home but, There is never a time I go into this 7 eleven and leave satisfied. 9/10 It’s a disappointment. I went in today and for some reason the manager (ED) was the only one that can assist me but he was outside sitting in his car. So I told my husband and the employee (Cecilia) I’ll wait. I patiently waited cause the employee said he would only take 2 mins. After about 10 min my husband walks in (6 min after the manager) and asked me what’s the hold up cause we had to get to work, the manager originally came in ranting and telling the employees that they failed their secret shoppers test.. instead of trying to get to work this went on for about 3/4 mins and no one acknowledged me or told me they assist me or anything. I tell my husband that I’m just standing here waiting for them and they both (Cecilia and ED) explode on me cause I told my husband I don’t understand what’s taking them so long to assist me. I had to sit there and hear their entire personal conversation before they taught about assisting me. Something that could have been discussed in a team meeting. There’s always an altercation with a customer. The staff is never professional especially the manager. I can’t even understand how he’s a manager he doesn’t have or show any management skills. He talks down on his employees. it’s a covenant store and nothing about this 7 eleven is convenient. They false advertise. if not everything almost everything priced incorrectly. Every time I go in there, there’s an issue with a customer. They don’t deserve any stars. They are extremely unprofessional they need a new team all together.

Just left this station pre-hurricane Milton. They were getting a delivery of gas when I arrived. Waited patiently until tanker driver said gas should be turned on soon. 20 mins later went into store to see how much longer. Manager + 2 other people were waiting on ppl. When I asked she said 20-30 mins to do paperwork WHEN she could leave her customers to go Do the paperwork!!! I reminded her that I was a customer as well l. Was she aware storm coming + people need gas? She snottily told me she would get to it when she could!!! Going to report to Corp + Governor if FL who Knows how important it is to make gas available!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Why is the Big gulp $1 and this place charged me $3.40 for two. I don't like saying this but I hate this place. I get charged more for everything at this store! That is not right and the sign said $1 Big Gulp until 10/29/2024! I saw it before I brought them to them counter.

I went to the seven 11 near my home on socrum loop Lakeland Fl. It is so hot and I wanted to get an icy. It was so nasty there. Lids all on the floor. The cup I got didn’t have any lids to fit it. Every time I tried a different lid more fell out on the floor that was already sticky and Cluttered with lids that had fallen to the ground. My shoes stuck to the floor. I have never been inside a seven 11 that was dirty or nasty. This particular one was. I’ll never go back in that store again. I was disgusted and left. I went to a different store all together. Usually I praise seven 11 for their Tidiness, but not this one

2 employees work. One on cash register and the other cleaning and cooking. I would have liked if the other employee had jumped on a register to assist but it wasn't too bad

This store proves why I will stay loyal to Wawa, the employees have a fake nice persona yelling welcomes then saying slick things under their breathe. They want you to have rewards to qualify for discounts that are provided by the manufacturer! Will not get another dollar from me just go to wawa save yourself the stress and money

I've generally use this 7-Eleven for gas because it usually has a little lower price plenty of stock on the shelves...clean I saw a few reviews weren't good could be due to what shift the workers are working personally I'm usually there in the afternoon and haven't had any problems with the staff at all don't drink so can't comment on beer and I can't comment on the manager because I've never had a problem where I would need to speak with the manager the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because sometimes theirs a long line and takes awhile to get to the counter but if long lines probably because a lot of people use this site because it is off of i4
