Here on 10/11 when there has been no gas. The management and people here went above and beyond to direct people to where they needed to get gas. Even though it was packed, we were in and out. Thank you, God bless your team.

Rude customer service. I was the first person in line to cash in lottery. When the worker seen his line getting long he tells me he has to check them out first. So I asked was I not first in line he replies with an attitude I have a job to do. Asked for the manager and he replied not here and he will be back in an hour.. Just plain out rude and unacceptable

Went for a cup of ice, was charged, (.79) cents, no less then 5 minutes later I'm charged for $100.00. The manger anul told me those large charges happen often. Massive red flag, ( why is it happening often to begin with). Side note, another customer was being charged a higher price when on its display said a cheaper price. The same manager said that was a week old sales price, A 2.5 star rating says alot about a business

Absolute embarrassment. Wouldn’t let me use the bathroom because the guard was emptying the atm. I’m literally standing in the lobby about to have an accident and they’re bouncing me back and forth between the security guard, trying to tell me they can’t let me use the bathroom. I don’t care if it’s company policy, that was shameful. It would be one thing if the bathroom was out of order, but to refuse a bathroom to a customer because it would temporarily inconvenience the security guard to pause his work? I don’t care if y’all want to deflect blame to company policy, man just trying to do his job, poor ATM placement where it interrupts vital functions of the business, nothing. There’s no excuse for embarrassing someone on the verge of an accident when there was nothing stopping anyone from taking two extra seconds from their day to accommodate me. Shameful.

Sold me $7 worth of chicken wings that were room temperature. It's a great place to stop if you want food poisoning. I had to throw them out.

Got gas and needed to use the restroom. Asked for the key as I just made a $30 purchase of gas and planned on buying snacks and was told no. I didn’t mind if it was dirty, who I assume was the manager also said no. Insanely inconvenient, would not recommend. I understand it’s an odd time of the day (2:30am) but literally just needed to go. Don’t go here, go to the Circle K a little up the road.

They should train their staff better. Bad service. Today I went to pump gas and the pumps don't work. I went inside to pay and when I came out, the pump didn't work. When I went back in to ask, I told them to put up a notice about what the pump and the cashier aren't good for. He answered that he has not done it because it is raining and he is going to get wet, so if the client has to get wet going and returning and going again and returning again, bad service, the only star he has could be removed, he would do it.

Rude staff who had an issue because I needed to use the restroom. She asked me if I was going to purchase something. I said I hadn't planned to, but if that was necessary in order to use the restroom, then I would. She said well that's what the notice on the door says, as if that legitimizes it, before begrudingly unlocking the door. There's a large homeless population in that area of town and I understand they probably have a problem with it constantly being used as a bathroom by the homeless, but it was obvious from my appearance and my vehicle parked right in front of the door that I'm not one of the homeless. Let's face it, using any gas station restroom is always a last resort, but at that time, early on a Sunday morning, it was the only place open. So obviously this was a bit of an 'emergency' for me. She could have been more understanding.
