The store had a buy one get one free on the table for their donuts but they would not honor it because supposedly they had not changed it in time this store is not a store that you want to shop at the managers Beyond rude

This place has to be the most useless 7-Eleven to ever exist. Never have food or coffee made. I don’t expect much from someone who has had to settle for a 7-Eleven counter job. But these people take laziness to a whole new level.

Most recently they have hired new employees so the experience and service has definitely gotten better, but the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. I can only speak for the women’s bathroom, but it’s been the same poop on the toilet for more than two days. I personally think if the bathroom is not clean, they should not be able to even serve food 🤮

Refuse to give me any type of receipt for gas! Even after I ask , which is against the law I will be reporting this to the BBB. I WAS TOLD BY THE CASHIER THAT OWNER DIDN'T CARE!!!?? BEWARE!!!

Do not do business with this shady gas station, go literally anywhere else.
No tap to pay at the pump for safety. When you pay with a card inside, the refund for the unused funds don’t automatically go back to your card like every other gas station does and you have to wait for the cashier to process the refund. They also do not do card refunds, rather they give you back cash even if you paid with a debit card. I tried asking to get the refund to my card bc I didn’t want cash but the cashier insisted they can’t do it. This is not a normal business practice which leads me to believe the cashier either didn’t know what he was doing, or the business owner is not very reputable.

I have never been a big fan of this location I admit, always something to complain about, but after 3 years of filling up gas there after hours, for some reason a couple months ago they changed it to where you have to go inside and pay for gas first, no more pay at pump. Havent been able to find out why, last time I asked the woman pretended to not speak English. Tonight I didnt bother asking, it was more of a test to see if I would have to again, I did, and most likely the last time I go there period. I have better things to do with my time than to pretend its 1980 and go stand in line to pay for gas at 3 in the morning while the guy in front of me scratches his lottery ticket.
In response to the owner's comments, with all due respect I'm the one who needs more details. Everything you need is in this review to answer what changed. To be honest all of your replies look exactly the same to everyone's negative reviews, so I really dont think you care to address any of the negative issues with this store. I'm done wasting my time with 7-11.

Tonight I experienced the nastiest gas station in Lakeland, the cashier from 7/11 literally threatened to kill its costumbres after he didn’t solve a situation with a transaction , screaming and looking for his pockets to reach for his weapon disgusting place. Stay away from this business

They hire bad people here , tonight the cashier threatened me to shoot me in my head and kept reaching for his pocket , he didn’t want to give me my money back or even tried to find a better solution . This happened jun 22 at 12:00pm

The worker I came across today was smoking outside and not doing her job definitely angry for no reason it’s obviously empty as hell in there with no customers because they are horrible I would never recommend this job !!!
