I called the store to let them know I had a stroke. It has effected my speech and mobility. I spent the last 2 months up north with my mother. I let Mack or Matt know the situation. He kept speaking loudly over me letting me know someone at my home shut the door on him. I was trying to let him know that was my friends that were watching my house/pet sitting while I was recovering. He wasn't having it and kept asking he could get the merchandise. When i kept trying to tell him i wouldnt be back until today. I was only telling you my story so I could apologize for my serious delay. I have used Aarons for years even though I'm paying quadriple for the products because of the good service I have 3 paid off accounts. I have even spoke with this same man several times in the past without issues. I don't expect anyone to feel bad for me. I just wanted you to know the circumstances in which it seemed as if I was trying to bail out on my commitment, and you were extremely rude. I apologized several times during our call and you just kept being short and repeating yourself. What a truly awful experience. I hope nothing happens to you and then you get treated that way. I will never use aarons again, for anything.

This is a great place to get a rent to own item. The stuff here are very nice and can be rented at a great reasonable price. The store is clean and employees are very nice and helpful.

Just an FYI if you pay cash for something and move out of the area the warranty is no good they will not fix you stuff For me it was a washing machine that was like new but started leaking water $360 down the drain I only used it for one month I will never buy anything from Aaron's again.

Great customer service, held front door open for me, I use a walker. Was knowledgeable in products and moved the check-out process along. I got in, associate found merchandise quickly therefore allowing me to leave for home quickly.

Originally, I applied online for a major household item. I worked with both Aaron's Corporate for credit approval and the local store for my schedule and delivery. I am very pleased. The store manager was professional & the delivery went well (on time, easy peasy). Payments online or calling the store direct are no hassle. I have used another leasing type agency before, but am happier with this company. I worked directly with the store on HWY 98. Happy with my purchase! Polite staff!
