Dont bother coming here, i brought my volkswagon here to get the brakes done and they didnt tighten down the caliper bolts all the way so now im buying a new wheel, caliper and brake pads and rotor. Plus they didnt install the pad hardware correctly, so it ate into my rotor

I don't normally leave 1 star reviews, but this one is warranted. Asked them to fix a slow leak along with oil change and tire rotations. Never fixed it, I went online to schedule an appointment to bring it back. On the day of the appointment, they call me and say they don't have time for it due to staffing. We will not be coming back nor recommending this shop to any one we know.
Observations, the techs are more interested in hanging out like a social club than focusing on their jobs. The manager told an employee to do something about tire orders and the employee flat out told him NO because the employee does not like the tire shop. By God the manager said "Eh then don't worry about it." Seems like the inmates are running the asylum.

F-250 Super Duty truck owners exercise caution, as this is just one person’s bad experience. Mavis has done me good in the past, regarding tires.
I took my F-250 to this shop weeks ago for an alignment due to a slight pull to the left. The did they alignment and I was on my way. Truck still pulled to the left. After inspecting the tie rod adjusting sleeve, upper ball joint nuts and cotter pins for signs of tools marks, I determined that no adjustments had been made. I scheduled another alignment, which was covered under their warranty. I took before pics of the hardware to make sure something was adjusted. An adjustment had been made to the toe and not camber or caster. Mind you that the truck pulled to the left. A 25-year-old truck with perfect caster and camber…maybe. The alignment tech adjusted the tie rod coming from the pitman arm so my steering wheel would not be centered. I guess he got made I had him re-align it. I straightened my steering wheel out in 5 minutes when I got home. Customers, please watch out for this Mavis location when it comes to alignments if you have ball joints that need to be pressed out to adjust camber and caster.
My trucks steering gear does have some play, but not the 8 inches of play the shop claimed. How could you drive with 4 inches of play either side of top dead center of the steering wheel. I measured 2 ½ total and yes…this can affect alignment. I don’t have faith in their current alignment tech regarding a proper alignment for an F-250 Super Duty. Mavis has lost my business. By the way, my truck still pulls to the left just like it did before the first alignment.

Very friendly customer service, I called and they were starting the work as soon as I showed up 30 minutes later. Very affordable compared to other shops I called. Will be back in the future.

Scott, Matt, and Joe (and their entire team) at 4516 S. Florida Ave., Lakeland, FL, 33813 always have phenomenal customer service every time that I come. I even see and hear how they interact with other customers and consistently with everybody they are compassionate, friendly, courteous, understanding, professional, and have great customer service all the way around. I’ve never been to an auto repair place that is consistently the same with phenomenal customer service every time that I come and with everyone they come in contact with, but here at this Mavis location they have it all. They are all truly remarkable and I will of course continue to come here and refer to them any and everyone that I know needs auto repairs done, tires, car maintenance etc. I wish I could give so many more stars because they deserve them all, and they truly are phenomenal in all that they do. Thank you all and a job well done consistently every time. You’ll are AMAZING!!!!!

I’m unfamiliar with the mechanics in the area and I needed a good place to fix my slow-leaking tire. Without an appointment, I dropped off my car and they had the tire replaced in less than 24 hours despite a long line of customers. On top of that, the price was impeccable and the workers were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

Waste of time. Made an appointment for an alignment and balance at 4pm dropped the car a bit before the apt time. I saw it was getting close to there closing time so I gave them a call just to find out they barely did their "inspection." Told me I needed 2 front tires not sure why they aren't cracked the tread is fine. They didn't even move my car from where I parked it. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. The least they could of did was call me to tell me my car wasn't serviced.
