Hours: TPA2 Amazon is a warehouse facility for freight delivery. The dock is assigned at gate check-in, which is efficient. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very nice. However, the check-in process has significant issues. Drivers cannot enter until 30 minutes before their appointment. The video check-in system is problematic, with poor audio and difficulty understanding the guard's speaking. The security guard is very nice, but the process causes delays. There is no parking to wait for a load. The facility is not very big but is a big facility and a great place to work. Unloading can be very fast, with a full load completed in less than 5 hours. Drivers must double-check dock assignments for floor-loaded and pallet freight.
