Very dissatisfied! Bought glasses for over $500. The prescription was not correct. Went back to see the doctor again. He had me in there for five minutes. Said the prescription was correct. Still knew it was wrong. Sent me to someone who just bended the glass frame who was not nice. Requested my money back. I have gone to another Americas best in another state which was great. Will have to start all over. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Desiree was so polite and patient. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews about this place but she made this experience very easy and explained everything thoroughly.

This place discriminates against Spanish-speaking people. The doctor states quote (by receptionist ) “ the doctor will not see the patients if they do not speak English, no translation will be used at the place, someone need to be physically present with the person if they are going to take the exam “. The receptionist said this was implemented by the doctor, no laws or any signs that says that if you don't speak English you will not be seen. Specialy in Florida that the population of Hispanics is almost to an 80%. If you have to wait for a family member to come and help out, I quote “ we can only wait 5 minutes”. Worst place in my life I have ever been. They should be closed down.

The man who fits glasses is incredibly rude. He is an older gentleman. I didn't get his name. But he is so rude.I visited this location on January 24th. This was for an insurance claim.I expressed my concerns for the glasses and that they are not the same as the previous ones. The man informed me that the glass is not set as far forward as the pair I first recieved. This causes my eyes to strain and the glasses to be unwearable to me. I asked if there is a way to send them back and have the lense set more forward. The man working was super rude and dismissive. Told me there's nothing he can do about it and that I'll have to get over it. I walked out very disappointed and now I'm wearing the glasses I was supposed to get replaced via warranty. The other glasses are unfortunately no good to me because they are not set right within the frame.I really hope this email does not go unnoticed and I can receive the help that is needed. I used to love America's best and only get my glasses from here for the customer service and the quality of the glasses. This is so sad for me to be treated this way and the glasses quality to be so poor.

The Optometrist was great. The only issue I had was the young lady name starts with a D. She seem to be in a rush. She didn’t answer my questions. After her poor customer service I decided not to purchase my eye glasses from them. When I told her that I wasn’t going to purchase she seem really agitated and got smart with me.

I wanted to give 1 star but I could not do that because some of the staff were pretty nice. When I initially walked in, the environment was HORRIBLE. There were 4 staff members in the front but they looked at me and my husband as if we were in the wrong place. I was 12 minutes late to my appointment so this may have been annoying for them. No one said anything to me for 30 seconds. They just looked at me. I was told to reschedule and then Dr. Chang told the older lady that was sitting on the left at the front desk to put me in the next slot. I think they wanted to leave early. I am so sorry for being late and really appreciate Dr. Chang seeing me. The next day, my son and husband had an appointment at 1220pm and 2:20 pm. There is a young lady that sits on the right at one of the front desk that looked at me the day before and the day of with a mean face and she rolled her eyes at me 3 times. The first time she rolled her eyes, I shook it off because I know what its like to want to leave and someone comes in at the last minute late. But she rolled her eyes at me again the next day and gave me one mean look. That was it!! Now I became angry. My husband saw her the second and third time and asked me if I know her. I told him that I never saw her in my life. Then she spoke to a customer and smiled. I said with fustration loudly, "Wow! She can smile and greet a customer. I see all these great reviews about this location but my interaction was not great. I plan to pick up our orders when they come in and never return.
