on 11/14 gas was requested and not delivered. I received an invoice for $275 and it took over 6 weeks to get credit and get new gas delivered. This time they were able to fill in more gas which does not make sense

Herbie was personable, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions completely. I wish all of my customer service experiences were like this!

I was having trouble at first but after a few unhelpful representatives, I finally had the pleasure of being helped by Joy, in the Lakeland, FL branch. I am eternally grateful for her understanding and support and have been won over by her to stay an America’s customer!
