“I have been living at Lakeland Landing Apartments for about a year, and I’m very satisfied with the services provided. I’ve received great assistance, first from the manager Esther and now from Bettsy Toro. Bettsy is very helpful and supportive — she truly makes you feel at home. She’s always willing to help with paperwork and any of the services offered, and she shows genuine human warmth in everything she does. The apartments are comfortable, and all the services are of excellent quality. I genuinely feel at home here. “This place is really a nice place to live and it’s improving daily. Maintenance is very good and they will immediately jump on any maintenance issues. I believe there is now a courtesy office on site for after hour issues. The location of these apartments is great. Walking distance to Walmart, a few pubs, Merchant Walk Plaza also Kelly’s Recreation Center. They also have two swimming pools, but the greatest thing about living here is new management team. The manager is a wonderful person who will listen to any complaints and makes sure any issue is resolved with a smile. They have activities planned for the community and they communicate with everyone with texts about any activities. Sometimes food trucks are on site and the ice cream comes through almost daily. All my immediate neighbors are very friendly and all this makes this a good place to live.”
“It was a pleasure touring Audubon Oaks today with Ms. Geovanna. She was very kind, informative, and easy going. The property is beautiful! We did not see a single piece of trash throughout the whole property. The amenities offered are very nice as well! A beautiful pool, updated gym, tennis court, basketball court, play area for children, and a dog park! All of the patios face away from the parking lot, which is awesome, who doesn’t love a great view? If you are looking for a new home, I would definitely recommend Audubon oaks.”

“Great lake too walk it's about 3 miles. They also do a lot of Marathon's on Saturday's. And if you look up Lakeland ski club they also do free shows you can find them on Facebook for there schedule.”

“I forgot his name but he was polite and let me know what was going on and the issue took a few hours to get someone...like 2 or 3 but still quick in my book and still awesome because finished with success before it got too hot 8n the day. THAT was the most important part!”

“I have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed most every aspect! You will see reviews about kids being loud but in my opinion it’s just kids being kids. They have never been rude to me and tend to mind their own business. They just play outside like most kids do. There is often trash left out that can be frustrating. Chip bags, soda bottles, stuff like that.
The staff is very friendly and quick to answer requests. Maintenance requests are taken care of really quickly and efficiently. I have not had an issue with the dumpster being too full the past couple of months. This did used to be an issue but it has gotten much better!
Overall, I really enjoy living here! It’s a nice little place with friendly neighbors.”

“Anthony handled our AC emergency with real urgency. With a one-week-old baby in the house and temperatures headed into the 90s, the situation could have gotten serious fast. Less than an hour after we submitted the request, he was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed what was needed, and had the system cooling again before the heat became overwhelming. Even brought a new air filter which we’ve been chasing for a few weeks. He worked efficiently, explained what he was doing, and checked to make sure everything worked. The fast response and thorough work made all the difference for our family, and it deserves to be recognized.”

“I am a new resident at Fountain Square and I couldn’t be happier! I still haven’t met the apartment manager in person yet, but I’ve met Louie and he’s been wonderful! I’ve had to pleasure to meet the maintenance staff, Matthew and Chris and they have both been wonderful addressing any move in concerns I had! The property is quiet and very sound proof! I rented a one bedroom renovated apartment and I’m very pleased! This is my first apartment in Florida, so I’m grateful for the good experience so far! I’ll be referring others to rent here as well!”
