I've went into this ATT store several times, and worked with Bob and Juan. Although I worked Juan briefly, Bob helped me switch over from my previous service provider and provided and exceptional experience.I had been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and recently started driving far more often than usual around Polk County. I checked out ATT as I heard in this area, they have the best coverage compared to the other carriers I went to.I initially went in just for a quick quote, but with the pricing and promotions they had at the time I went ahead and switched. Bob was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, and made switching such a seamless experience. I had to go in several times, and every single time Bob was honest, customer oriented and instantly knew what to do in odd situations. I had to have my stuff transferred over several times, and he took the time to not only get my new phone taken care of, but explained the process so well I felt like an expert on phones.I'm extremely happy with the service provided at the store, and especially working with Bob. I'm looking forward to coming here again to switch the rest of my extended family over, and switching to ATT solved my issue with service. It's worth it.

Service was quick and friendly. However, they couldn't help me because the computers are only set for sales, not help. They recommended Best Buy.

Absolutely worst service you will ever receive. We have had to come to this location multiple times to correct mistake after mistake. Save yourself the time and money and go to ANY other location. I originally went in for the trade in promotion. The associate helping me was barely trained and clearly only cared about commission as he continually harassed about upgrading more lines on the account. While doing the trade in the new associate shut off cell service without telling me. After I left this location and was on with support for over an hour trying to get phone service back. Then I was misled about a promotion for a "free" Apple watch. It was not free for my state, (the associate read the promotion wrong) and this was actually going to increase my monthly bill. when I came back to return the watch (within the allotted return window) I was denied by the associate for multiple made up reasons. I had to drive to another location where I was able to return the watch with no problems or "restocking" charge. I received my refund for the sales taxes paid. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. Pitiful, despicable service.

Poor experience at this retail location. Was dropping off my iPhone as a trade in and the employee working (Natalie) was very condescending. Asked for more information into what the amount I was receiving for device in terms of account credits and was told “You can look this up on your own.” I don’t appreciate being talked down to as a customer. 0/5 do not recommend this location.

Came into the lakeside Village AT&T to get my phone transferred over to a new phone. I was greeted quickly and they was very professional. Alex Roushia was the gentleman that helped us. Definitely recommend this store.

Scammed, Well, I am going to share my experience tosave future customers from being scam like I was. When I went to buy two IPhones they were offering $700 credits for old iPhones, si I pre order two iPhones and return to them my iPhone X and IPhone 8, (qualifying iPhones for the promotion) when I notice no credit was going toward my new iPhones I went back to the store and they said it will take a couple of months, so I waited, after nothing happen I went back again they said I had to call customer service and they couldn’t do anything so I called and the “open a case” to investigate what had happen, but nothing was fixed so basically I gave two iPhones to AT&T for free, while I am still paying full price for the iPhones I bought, I needed to add a new line, so I went back again and they add the line and then the protection plan that they never mention on the store or offer I had to call customer service two days later after I received an email saying I was enroll in the plan I had never heard off, at least this issue Customer service was able to fix. So don’t be scammed by AT&T and in particular this store

The staff at this location was super friendly! They made sure to tell me about their promotions and made sure that I walked out of there with the best deal. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted but I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. Will be directing people to this specific location if they ever need to switch out their old phone.

Customer service is great, but make sure they link everything you buy to your account!!! Especially those “lifetime warranty” screen protectors. Today I came in to change my screen protector because it was cracked and they were like.. “sorry we can replace it for free since when you previously bought it wasn’t linked to your account and we can’t prove you bought it here”. I am very unpleased with this experience (spent extra money today when it should have been FREE).
