Called up there yesterday looking for an oil filter socket, the hispanic guy on the phone said no, the tool wasn't available after i gave him a SKU and asked him to go check because I just ordered a few other things to pick up and it would be nice if that was in stock, especially since it showed it was available for pickup at that location. He put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never came back. Eventually another guy answered the phone, told me there were 2 in stock and he would put one to the side for me. Pure laziness strikes again!

Darryl gets all 3 stars, Dan gets 0. Sorry Dan. Ignoring a customer and talking to a friend during a transaction while the customer is waiting is not very customer friendly.

My tire was completely flat , I came into auto zone to get a tool to change my tire. We asked Arthur for assistance, he went out of his way to help assist with changing my tire. I greatly appreciate Arthur doing so , he was very nice & really exceeded my expectations with his customer service. Thank you Arthur. Ask for Arthur , Great guy . Visit 98 NORTH

I visited this store today after a long and exhausting day. I had a tire blowout in the morning and after getting new tires installed, I noticed my fender liner was damaged and was missing a couple of retainer clips. I was at Discount Tire and Auto Zone was in the same area. I walked in and had no idea which one to purchase. Daniel Cox (store manager) asked if I needed any assistance and I graciously accepted his help and knowledge. Not only did he find the one I needed, but he also installed them. He needed to use some elbow grease, as the liner was bent and out of place, but he took the time to help me. Not only did he help, but he was very personable and didn’t make me feel stupid.
Thank you, Daniel! I hope you get a raise!

I live 45 mins away, and our car battery died at the spot. The employee who helped me was so nice and able to get it replaced within less than 10 minutes.

I bought a dual life lawn mower battery 4 months ago. The battery went dead and so I took it to get the battery charged. When I went to pick up the battery an hour and a half later, no one told me that the battery was bad. So, I took the battery home and the next morning was preparing to cut my lawn. To my surprise they had put a tag on the battery claiming that it was bad. So, I called up the store and spoke to an employee by the name of Ryan. Ryan assured me that the battery must have had a manufacturer defect, because batteries don't usually die in 4 months. I was told to return and get a new battery. After driving to the store, I was told by two other employees that my battery was not covered by the manufacturer and the store warranty had expired a month prior. To me it just seemed as if they were not wanting to go through the extra trouble of returning the battery to the manufacturers and wanted me to purchase from them another battery. As I was putting the dead battery in my car, another customer (who had been listening in) said: "The exact same thing happened to me and I no longer buy batteries from them either." The man told me where I could take it to be test. I took his advice and as it turned out- the battery charged right up. Lesson learned! They lost my business, and if anyone is reading this, wishing to purchase a battery- buyer beware! 🧐
