Don’t judge things based on others’ comments. I have never had any issues at this location. The staff is always focused on their tasks at hand and courteous. 2 or 3 minutes is the longest I’ve ever had to wait in line.

My husband and I made an appointment for a home loan. While we were waiting for Troy, he was having a side conversation with a fellow coworker (two feet from my husband and me in the lobby). He spoke the client’s name, a bit of their current financial situation and how much it would affect Troy’s agenda to go forward today if the client decided to press forward. None of that should have been in earshot, especially in the bank lobby. Completely unprofessional. We decided to cancel our appointment after this. Not to mention that we were by Troy told he would have us waiting just a few minutes. (Our appointment was from 11:00am-11:30am.)Admittedly, we showed up at 11:02am. We were hoping to make the most out of the remainder of our time. Unfortunately, it was 11:20am when we ultimately decided to abandon our appointment and let an employee know. She said that Troy would be “coached”. Personally, I will never have him as my personal banker. So unprofessional. The transparency of how far behind he was with his appointments would have been nice to know upfront, too.

I am currently at the bank, I arrived 40 minutes ago, I have an appointment, there was a person in front of me who did not have an appointment and they passed him first, I see the assistants laughing and talking with the clients instead of working and expediting, attention to the American is their priority, but not to Latinos. try to respect customers, respect appointments and care is the same for everyone.

Was not helpful I'm glad I don't bank with them I will try my hardest to get my boyfriend to move to another bank they have been so bad for so many years all I wanted to do was get a paper notarized and they made a big deal about the name didn't have sr on it but truist didn't have a problem with that so I got what I wanted never will bank with them ?

There should be a choice to give ZERO STARS!!! The racist branch manager Alex should be fired! She's is nothing but an unprofessional umpa lumpa who should be slapped for her discrimination! Don't bother scheduling an appointment! These snobby bank employees think they're better than the customers. They lie, don't take care of situations as promised and treat you like GARBAGE! Linda is also a garbage person who should be fired as well! This location is a dumpster fire! Your time and money is not valued by this bank or these people!

This team shows energy from the minute you walk in the door! The lady who welcomes clients is shuffling staff but with confidence and class, she acknowledges everyone and gives proper expectation. I didn’t have an appointment but she did tell me I would have a wait, however they would definitely see me today. I decided to wait and was seen by Noel, Noel took the time to ask me questions even though all i needed was help with my online mobile. Noel was able to give me a secured credit card so I can start my journey to build credit and a digital card to use on tap to pay..thank you Noel!

Worse agents in Florida they have nothing about them and it’s a shame how they can tell you that the call is monitored yet speak to you like they don’t even care about that. Two females from Florida locations they should not be dealing with people not even animals they should be dealing with!! They need to go chop some bush in Florida!! They have no customer service about them. I don’t know how Bank of America have those kind of people working to give the bank a bad name! The both of them acting like they dealing with their mate they need to leave customer service to decent people!!

Went there to open a bank account. Everything was smooth and perfect and took no time. The teller was very helpful and there was no crowd as described in a lot of the reviews here.

Braulio Martinez made our experience here so welcoming and awesome! I could not say anything better about him. He did not rush, he took his time. Spoke kindly and informative. Even though I was helping my father in law make an account (he speaks very little English) he made sure he was speaking to the both of us and helped us through every step, thank you Braulio!
