I walked in there with a return. I told the lady I had a return at the door. I even let her look at my bag. She was still treating me as if I was stealing🤷🏾♀️😂😂 i just smiled and made my Exchange and purchase more.. being Black in America huh

I like to go in there to smell things and look around but everytime I do the staff pressure me into buying these things that amount to way over my budget. Personally I think they are way to pushy and just a bad experience when I'm anti social and don't like confrontation

I love bath and body works, but had a bad experience today. After spending a lot of money on Christmas gifts I asked Stacey at checkout if I could have a small bag to gift one of the items I bought. She told me no because they just got bags in after running out/low (mind you she had just double bagged all of my items in a huge grocery bag) . I then asked if she could take an item out of the large bag and put it in one of the small bags for me. Her words were “no we don’t just give bags away”! It was very rude and petty, I was only asking for a bag, not a piece of merchandise. I’ve always been treated very respectfully by all of the other employees in this store and was very taken aback and embarrassed. It’s very sad that this is what customer service has become for some people especially in these times when prices are so high. A bag is not worth offending/losing a customer over. It’s a small thing that could have made all the difference in my experience.

An employee named Stacy at this location was very passive aggressive and kind of rude, my grandma asked for a tiny bag to put one of the items that she bought(Which happened to be a gift) and this associate rudely said no(After double bagging EVERY BAG, which we did not ask for her to do) so she wasted a bunch of big bags but couldn’t give us 1 small one for a gift. She needs to learn basic customer service

I think Stacy is pretty cool actually when I went in I didn't even buy anything she just gave me extra bags. Very wonderful. If anything they are too frivolous with the bags.

Managers are rude and don’t have manners or proper customer service. Very unhelpful. The employees on the other hand are very helpful and sweet.
