All the workers were to busy talking to each other in the corner didn’t speak to any customers. Then I checked out and the girl checking me out didn’t say a word to me the entire transaction because she was to busy putting her employee ID in for the customer beside me.

I don’t normally leave reviews of this nature but I checked the website to leave feedback and couldn’t find anything so I’ll share my recent experience here. I’ve been going to this store for years and never had any issues with customer service. If anything, the staff provided customer service better than a lot of places in the sense they were always welcoming and helpful but the last few times I’ve visited, I saw a big change in attitude. The staff seems bothered when asked for help but the cherry on the top was during their semi annual sale, I popped in looking for a specific item. I asked for help locating it and made it to checkout with a lot more items (being a big sale!). Once I got home, I realized the item I specifically went to the store for, wasn’t in my bag so I called the store. Pretty simple, I bought something and it showed on my receipt but it wasn’t in my bag. This was somehow confusing to the staff because I had to repeat this multiple times and speak with multiple people, one who told me they don’t carry that item and I calmly stated yes they did, that another employee walked me to it and it’s on my receipt! Ultimately, I was told to just come back in and get my item. When I did, I approached a young lady who interestingly had been the one to show me where the item was before. I explained what happened and she walked me over to where it would be but turned out they were now sold out! Naturally upset, I stated this was poor customer service in light of me calling and no one asking for a name or getting the item and having it set aside so it didn’t get sold out because I’d already paid for it and it was part of the sale and not likely to be back in stock. I said I understood when my item was left at the register, it was probably seen as a put back if the cashier hadn’t noticed after I left and maybe we could check up front? She completely disregarded what I said and replied, “yeah I’m sorry, that was before I was here”. I asked to speak to the manager and she responded she was the manager so at this point, I said ok I guess I’ll get my refund. As I made it to the register, there were literally two of the items sitting there. I truly hope they do better in the future cuz I don’t want to go anywhere near this store if this is how it’s ran.

Called to ask if it was too late to allow someone else to pick up my online order in my stead. I had selected I would be picking it up at checkout, so I wasn't sure if it was still allowed. The girl who answered the phone just told me I had to "put in a proxy for that," and told me to have a nice day. For anyone wondering, a person needs the order number, or confirmation email so they can pickup the order for you, similar to if you were to pick it up yourself, doesn't have to be you even if you selected you would be the one picking up at checkout. 🤦♀️ Girls behind the desk have been infinitely less inviting or helpful than the nice older lady stocking shelves and making conversation. Step up your customer service game, ladies!!

Stood in line 5 minutes with 3 associates talking to each other. They could have at least acknowledged my presence. I'm ready to leave and just not buy anything.

IF I shop B&B again, it will most likely be online. This store lacks customer service to assist or check out customers. This location did have what I needed in stock. The store was full of product. It is not easy to navigate/find items due to inventory boxes and tight spaces if others are shopping. More employees than customers. A what should have been a quick 5 min shopping experience turned into a waste of 30 mins to get in and out. Employees checking out other employees while only one gentleman was on register. 👎They wonder why they get long check out lines. One of those "employees standing around just to collect that check" is the way I perceived it. 2 stars for having the sale item I went to store for.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes. I was next to be checked out by the cashier, only for her to say, "I'll take the next cart in line". I had one item in my hand I was purchasing. Next time I'll be sure to put it in a cart, so I won’t be skipped in line. Whoever told the cashiers to do that needs to be retrained. Unacceptable!
