If you want to knock the dust off it's perfect although you have to pay to vacuum..its still nice clean an quiet not a lot of traffic the auto wash is available its cheap but keep in mind you get what you pay for...highly recommend

Actually I was surprised they were awesome young people and they were pleasant. To be concerned about my car going into the car wash. I highly recommend them I've used them a long time

The employees are great; however, the car wash doesn't do a very good job and leaves behind most of the dirt.

We have a monthly subscription for both vehicles. It's very convenient and they do a good job, keeping the vehicles clean overall. BTW, the vacuums at Hwy 98 ( Bartow Rd) and Edgewood are the best.

This one in South Lakeland is the best when it comes to cleaning and drying. The staff is very snobbish, but that is expected by most companies and residents south of Memorial Blvd.

Very disappointed. For a $15 (Basic Plus), I expected that it would at least clean the fenders/ rocker panels on my compact SUV.

This place gets worse and worse. Paid for the titanium wash. My car looked like it had barely been touched. One of the finishers told me he should use 80 grit sandpaper on my vehicle to get it clean. The manager heard the remark and did nothing. I asked "is this the new business model." He in a very disrespectful manner let me know they are instructed to wash them , not necessarily get them clean. After this experience I have concerns for my safety and my wife's and damage to my vehicle with this quality of employees.Save your vehicle and money-go somewhere else.

Yeah, won't go back. Service really lacking. Car comes out soapy. No towels around...prices went up and quality went down.
