I took My car there , to check the AC after the Nissan Dealer Misdiagnosed the AC failure and end up not fixing it , so Ben Ran some tests and right away he knew what the issue was , He repaired it and the AC has been working like a champion, Honest , reliable and Fast to fix the car without coming up with a bunch of lies to Up charge you , go to Ben's you will be happy you did.

Took my business vehicle here for a coolant leak. That was fixed, but the vehicle started stalling out when I would hit the brakes. Ben denied that it was something his employees did, and didn't fix it. Beware of this place if you need your vehicles to work properly.

After our recent move from Oregon to Lakeland, we found ourselves searching for the right spot to care for my Infiniti G37. After navigating several local options (you know how it goes in a new town), we were fortunate to discover Ben! His honest and proactive demeanor was a refreshing contrast to some other shops we encountered. While I was out of town, my fiancé managed the car drop-off. Ben went above and beyond by fixing the car in just a day and even ensuring my fiancé got a ride home. He's on-point with sourcing the right parts for the G37 and truly knows his craft. His mechanic, too, was both professional and approachable. Personally, I have a bit of a knack for fixing things, whereas my fiancé is less hands-on. Yet, both of us came away thoroughly pleased. Whether you're well-versed in cars or not, this place is top-notch. Their service consistently shines with its genuine approach and clear-cut transparency, paired with prices that hit just the right note.P.S.
