The entire staff is par excellans. I averaged my bonuses for good driving, it's worth at least one month's payment per year. Great savings. I get a birthday greeting every year, along with holidays. A few months ago I received a sympathy card at the passing of my husband, personally signed by every staff member, some I've never met. They're super professional, but at the same time, they're regular people who treat their customers most graciously. To be quite honest, there's not one negative point I have discovered with the Ettensohn Agency.

Bob calls me regularly to review my insurance and found me savings by updating my account. In this day and age how many agents provide that level of customer service! With most insurance companies you sign the contract, never hear from your agent again and wonder how much your rates will increase every year. I highly recommend that you have Bob review your current policy. He will work hard to save you money and still provide you with excellent coverage.

I have been a customer if this agency for almost 15 years and have never had a complaint. They are beyond professional and courteous, help me with everything in a very timely manner, and you can tell they actually care about helping YOU and not doing it for their pockets. No matter who I talk to or how much turnover there is in the branch, my interactions have never been any different!Thank you Bob and all of the wonderful people working at this agency!

Don't even waste your time getting auto insurance from Allstate. I called to get a quote on insurance and I told them they were too high and I would look elsewhere and did with Progressive of all other companies. I pay them $70 per month for every kind of coverage there is, Allstate was $200. Also you do not pay premiums people that's for the insurance company to pay the state. I'm 38 years old and never had and it is not split in my monthly payments . Then these morons sent me a letter saying they denied me what a joke I shut you down. Trying to say my 720 credit score was the problem lol. Never caused and accident, no tickets or points off my license ever. Insurance is not financing people credit has nothing to do with auto insurance . Got me a butt hurt letter in the mail is all

Excellent service from Bob and his team! Kathy was so helpful during a recent claim. She was there for us every step of the way making sure everything was done correctly and in a very timely manner. I know we would not have had the same experience and such a high level of customer service with anyone else. She is the best and we would recommend Bob and his fantastic team to our family and friends.

I have been with this particular agency for probably 5 years now, I am SO glad I switched from Geico, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and have very comparable rates but with much more offered as far as coverage goes. I particularly want to mention Kathy at this location, she really has gone above and beyond every time I speak to her! Earlier this year she did all within her power to get us the Homeowner's insurance that we wanted to use, and even though they weren't able to help me with my break-in on my car recently, she did refer me to another company who did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price. Thank you for all you do guys!
