How do you feel when a prize possession get's thrown in the trash supposedly. My first bowling ball i learned how to bowl with is in a dumpster so say's Tim the manager of the pro shop. A ball he has tried numerous times to acquire from me when i brought it in to be cleaned and polished and sized up again. He said to me the first of many times " I gotta have that ball " my mentor Mo created it back in the 1990's. Each time i responded not for sale. It means a lot to me.Yesterday i found out by Tim he threw my ball in the dumpster because it was there too long ? since dropping my ball off i made repeated trips to pick it up only to find the pro shop closed early then times posted. I made every attempt to get my ball back because i had this gut feeling Tim wanted it so badly. I feel he is a man with no integrity and lied to me about throwing my prized ball in the trash. He is of low moral character with little or no customer service or management skills, not even a phone call to touch base with customers that may want their balls back? I am to say beyond even understanding if that ball meant so much to him and wanted it so badly how he could consciously throw it out , because i do not think for one minute he did, all he did was get my ball with some unfortunate time frame. Worst experience by a vey thoughtless person who can lie right to your face.

Had some bad luck with pro shops answering questions via emails,no reponses whatsoever.This was actually one initially as well. But finally got a generic response to just stop in to the store with all my questions. Had a good experience at the shop once we got there. Questions answered and friendly service. Fair prices,got a couple balls and some work done. Thanks BowlersMart.

Great staff and unbeatable prices. Got a new ball and with a few tips from Tim and James in the shop my average is up 10 pins in 3 weeks. It makes a huge difference when they take the time to see exactly how your ball needs to be drilled. The most important part is they will never try to sell you something that won't work for you just to make a dollar. I won't go anywhere else for anything bowling.
