The arrangements I purchased were very nice. The table arrangement we had for a special event was so fresh and delightful. It was the right size for a table arrangement and fit perfectly. After the event, this arrangement went home with me and I have enjoyed it a full week! Thanks so much for helping a happy day be even better.

I just received a picture of the plant that I ordered for my daughter in-law & it is nothing like the item I chose. First of all I did not order a basket! It was supposed to be a ceramic dish. I am very disappointed in their service. I have used their shop for my last 4 or 5 orders and I will not use you again.Ellen Langston

If I could give this florist a negative 10, I would due to my interaction with the associate I spoke with over the phone with on Friday, April 21 at 3:30 pm. I cannot begin to explain the rudeness and condescending attitude that I experienced. Yes, I asked the same question several times what kind color roses do you have and the associate kept saying lavendar, white, and red...like a robot. How about a friendly interaction, she was VERY condescending and snobby. Her attitude is why I am writing this review, not the arrangement which I will get to later.Every question I asked, her attitude got more and more condescending to me. I work in customer service for a top airline now, and in customer service jobs at The Disney Reservation Center and an opening associate at the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes as a Reservations associate for both hotels, a Ritz Carlton Spa Concierge, and a Reservation associate in weddings for the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott Group Housing Department. I KNOW WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!!!. I received NO customer service. If for any reason, I'm not understanding something and probably will ask the same question a few times, I expect an answer in a very polite way. I actually told the associate that she was being rude to me and was surprised that she was talking to me that way. Never a blameless apology or anything. I was under the assumption that the PAYING customer was always right. Things have definitely changed.I called florists directly in Lakeland because I have seen first hand what I have sent to my relatives using a 1-800#, so I decided to call directly. I was looking for a stargazer lilly, which nobody had AND was told nobody would have it due to the growing season. How is it that no one has a variety of colors for roses. I can get more variety in the floral department at Publix Supermarket.The reason I didn't post this review after my phone call, I was afraid of what the arrangement would look like after my post. I spent $100 (plus $17.50 included in that for the delivery charge which was less than 2 miles for the delivery) for the arrangement. The associate was very upfront and honest and with me advising that I would not get alot with what I was spending and that she was exactly right. Very few roses in the arrangement and a few stargazer lillies and a few butterflies. Even though I was forewarned about the size of the arrangement, I was still disappointed. Apparently, $80 gets you nowhere even with a floral arrangement. This was my sister's 60th birthday and I did want it to be special. The arrangement was very small but I wasn't blindsided and was told it would be. I saw a picture of the arrangement and was not impressed at all. Oh, and I was reminded that the florist had been in business for over 80 years. Yes, I read that in the history on the website. This information means nothing to me. 80 years has nothing to do with attitude, friendliness, and customer service. It means you can ride on those coat tails and treat anyone the way you want and have a superior attitude because you have been in business so long.My sister works for a Fortune 500 company that is HUGE in that area and all up and down the Eastern Seaboard and works directly under the top executives. I will advise her to steer clear of this florist and to spread the word. If I could have ordered from Winter Park Florist in Winter Park, Florida I would have, however they no longer deliver to that area. They ALWAYS gave me my monies worth AND top notch and unconditional customer service. AND, why is it that Winter Park florist is the only florist who knows what a "Marlese" rose is. I had it delivered MANY times.I would not have written such a long post, but when I got off the phone yesterday, I was extremely upset at the way I was talked to and knew in advance that my order would be second rate. If you order flowers, make your own decisions, but be careful. I do believe you get a more array of flowers and half the cost at a supermarket and NO SNOTTY, SUPERIOR ATTITUD

I called (after 12:00pm) requesting same day delivery for my parents’ anniversary, and they created a custom arrangement based on color choices and budget and had it delivered within 2 hours! So helpful, and went above and beyond to follow through. Will use again!!

Even though they're not open, Beth delivered my order on a Sunday. The delivery was a bit complex and not very specific as to which exact building. I told her she could leave the flowers and I would figure it out so not to hold her up, but she stayed with me thru the confusion. The flowers were picture perfect and smelled wonderful.
