Took my 2008 Monaco Knight 38 PDQ to Callaghan Tire to have the steering tires replaced.
I already had talked to Dicky in the front office over the phone about cost and found the price acceptable.
Arrived at Callaghan at about 8:15 in the morning. Was met by Dave before ever leaving the bus and directed to the maintenance bay. I had bought my tires online and had them in the coach.
Dave and his crew got the tires out of the coach and went right to work. The wife and I went to breakfast.
Returned about 9:30 and the coach was ready to go. The bill was exactly what was quoted to me.
Everyone in this tire shop was over the top professional and pleasant to deal with.
I recommend you give them a try.
I would give them a 6 if I could.

They have reasonable tire prices and they work very quickly. The crew have fun and make you feel comfortable

These guys didn’t bother to inform me that the price they gave was a tire only and install would be extra. I also found more than one hour to mount a pair of trailer tires unreasonable when I was the only customer there. 24 hours later I noticed for the time spent waiting, and the extra paid over the quote valve stem caps didn’t even make it back on. In hindsight, I certainly would’ve chose one of the other options I had.
They might have a really good truck tire business well suited for operating on the road. I do not think they have a very good retail car tire business.

Had the best experience here, everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Speedy service aswell. If I ever end up on this side of town and need help again this is we’re I’ll be at. Thank you guys very much.
