I love going here he knows me by site. And if I need my medicines delivered as long as I let him know that day they'll have it on the list for delivery the next morning. Half the time they will remind me about my refills if I have issues with my medicines they usually deal with the insurance and the doctor for me. They're always in a good mood always very friendly and I like that it's a small store because you get in you get out you don't have all the other things trying to you know draw your attention to buy it even though their prices are very reasonable. They do carry a lot of things that I don't see in other stores as well

Here it is Saturday. 5/28/22. My BP meds were supposed to be delivered Fri. I have 2 left. I am a senior, 1st order , 90 days ago was great. Now They aren't even answering the phone. WTH Paulie? No way to run a business. I can't even do a Pharmacy transfer on a weekend or a holiday Monday.So here it is Monday, 5/30. After Numerous calls on Saturdary and no response, Calling again today. What, a Pharmacy closed 3 days in a row??? Still no BP meds. Btw, his name is not Paulie, it's Poly something or other. I look ed it up. I am upset. So now I have to go into my med cabinet and look to see if I have another type of BP med that I have been taken off from because of side effects to try to keep it down or call a friend that might take the same ones I do and get a few? Lol , sounds like what people do with w/ pain meds, right? Something is terribly wrong with this system, I will be calling my Ins. Co. Tues. and let them know what has happened here.

Very friendly. Knows your name. Cooperates with family doctor. I never had to wait. Small shop is better than large pharmacies. Support local over the biggy impersonal chains. Love the place

I love this little pharmacy , the man that works there everyday in witch I'm assuming is also the owner is super friendly & memorized my order to where I don't even have to tell him he grabs it for me as soon as he See's me walk through the door. It's not the biggest store with the biggest selection but if you know they carry what it is you need already you'll be in and out and once a regular you'll be sure to always have a special greeting , friendly encounter and leave with a smile Everytime.

I started going to this pharmacy when Paulie was just starting his business. He is amazing and so is his techs. When I call they know my voice and call me by my name. If he doesn't have your medicine, he will order it and most of the time it is there the next day. I love that it is a family owned, small pharmacy and they pay attention to any drug interactions. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I hate the big pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS.

A smaller local pharmacy that provides medical supplies, some of which reduce costs to all health care, help to lower the spread of disease, and reduce the harm done by disease. They are doing a good thing for the community. That's my review because they are the only pharmacy in Lakeland (that I know of) customers can purchase medical equipment not required to have a doctor's prescription, without one.

Possibly the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. The guy behind the counter was rude, cold and brushed me off and told me to get out of his store without any explanation. I was a new customer and considering bringing all my prescriptions over to his pharmacy because it is closer to where I live, and there were some issues bringing my prescriptions over getting them transferred and instead of listening and working thru the situation he interrupted me and barked at me to get out. The owner clearly does not want any more or new buisness. I will go to publix or a chain this place was AWFUL.

They are an actual pharmacy that knows EXACTLY who you are! They TRULY care about each and EVERY one of their customers! Not to mention, they're quick and efficient! I've tried quite a few big name pharmacies, and this one is the only success story one!!! They TRULY care and treat you with respect! Well, I'm speaking of the one I go to in Lakeland, FL. This review is for that one only bcuz I've never been to the others...but I wouldn't be the last stressed to hear the same things about the other locations! I thought I was always gonna have problems with my pharmacy but I found my solution! Thank you....Polycarb!
