0 stars for sure, terrible communication, we drove all the way from Orlando to see a car that clearly indicated several issues upon the test drive, the main one being transmission related. Volcano refrained from expressing that although he was aware of the distance we had to travel to come see it. Complete waste of time and salesman acted like they just didn’t care or want to be bothered. I definitely do not recommend this place because clarity and honesty is not their strong suit.

I bought a 2015 Kia Sorrento on 8/27/2025 had for 2 weeks. Went into limp mode and made a horrible knocking noise. I'm a single mother stuck in the middle of nowhere with car that can't fix because my job was lost. I feel like they knew something was wrong and didn't want to deal with it.. Can't get my title or tag I paid for. It's been a nightmare

Bought an old truck, had zero issues and great service. Went back to buy the wife a car, 2013 KIA with 80,000 miles motor went out 1 week later, they said they'd help out and find a new motor for it.....now they refuse my calls and don't call back, and they still have the old out of state license plate from my trade in and no new plate

I have to say this was the best car buying experience these guys were so friendly and genuine. We were in a pinch and needed to get a car. We went to many places and couldn't get anyone to work with us. These guys not only worked with what we had for a down payment but got us a great monthly payment. They will go above and beyond to help! We definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I have dealt with some really bad car lots/buy here pay here lots, but I must say this place has been the absolute best car lot I have ever dealt with, super friendly willing to work with you funny out going people, they got me in a beautiful 2017 Audi A4 with amazing monthly payments, they worked with the money I had to put down on the car with out question, highly recommend these guys for you new vehicle
