It is just unfortunate that they have to work with Southern Homes and their hard work and dedication are being overshadowed by the carelessness of the Southern Homes construction managing team as well as the warranty team. Lupe took his time daily to ensure that his work spoke for itself and tried to make our floors as acceptable as possible given what he had to work with.
