“The first time I called Micheal’s Carpet and Vinyl was in 1993 yes 1993. The company I worked for had just moved to Lakeland Florida. The building had over 20,000 square feet of carpet that was buckling in several places because it wasn’t stretched properly on installation. As we had just moved there wasn’t enough money to replace over 20,000 square feet of carpet. She told me that it was difficult to decide due to the uncertainty. I called Micheal’s Carpet and Vinyl and Micheal went to my daughters house to give her an estimate. Right after Micheal left she called me and said Micheal is going to do my floors. She said he explained everything clearly to her especially how he would take care of settlement cracks and any low spots in her floors so that she would not need to worry about cracks in her new tiles. Micheal and his crew had the entire project completed in 4 days at a very high level. My daughter was completely satisfied with the quality of the job.
