“The first time I called Micheal’s Carpet and Vinyl was in 1993 yes 1993. The company I worked for had just moved to Lakeland Florida. The building had over 20,000 square feet of carpet that was buckling in several places because it wasn’t stretched properly on installation. As we had just moved there wasn’t enough money to replace over 20,000 square feet of carpet. I called so many flooring companies and individuals they all said no we do not do any kind of carpet repairs. I finally called the right place Micheal’s Carpet and Vinyl. Micheal told me that he was busy everyday of the week and then he said something I will never forget Micheal said I don’t turn down any work is there a possibility to do the work at night? I said sure and Micheal showed up at 10pm worked until 1am and I was certain he was going to be at his other jobs early the next morning. Micheal returned several more times always at night because he stayed busy everyday. I was grateful because I knew I had found an honest and incredibly hardworking man to help us. Recently my daughter was looking at putting new tile floors throughout her nearly 3200sqft home. She had called several flooring companies and individuals all of them left her uncertain about final cost, quality and time to finish the job. She just didn’t feel comfortable with them. She told me that it was difficult to decide due to the uncertainty. I called Micheal’s Carpet and Vinyl and Micheal went to my daughters house to give her an estimate. Right after Micheal left she called me and said Micheal is going to do my floors. She said he explained everything clearly to her especially how he would take care of settlement cracks and any low spots in her floors so that she would not need to worry about cracks in her new tiles. Micheal and his crew had the entire project completed in 4 days at a very high level. My daughter was completely satisfied with the quality of the job. The new tile floors have completely transformed her house. I highly recommend Micheal’s Carpet and Vinyl for all your flooring and tile needs .
