Went in to get my daughter some bigger size clothes because she recently just hit a growth spurt and as soon as we walked in the door we were asked if we needed help looking for anything by a kind, young lady. As we were shopping, I seen the sign about saving 30% off if you apply for a credit card so I decided to ask the cashier if she could help me and she then signed me up and I was approved. Moral of the story, they both were very helpful! The cashier who signed me up was named Elise. Very good service!!!

Very disappointed went to go shop, got in the store before closing time as we were shopping the girl told us we had to leave by 7.Would not let us shop. We asked if we could finish and with attitude said no we close at 7. We said again we really can’t finish and again said with attitude-no we close at 7. As we were walking out in a rude snotty way she said have a good day bye you too!!Lost out on some substantial shopping never will we return!Worked in retail myself and that is unacceptable!

I came here two days ago spent $100 to get points just for the cashier to mess up and put the wrong email and number they couldn’t find my account with my POINTS today two days later so I don’t credited my money I spent .

It should not take 20 minutes of sitting outside and multiple phone calls into the store to get a pick up order. I ended up having to actually walk in the store to get it. The worse service I’ve ever gotten at this store and I spend a lot of money with Carters.

I visited this location this past weekend very close to closing time. I was looking for a Halloween shirt for a last minute event the next day. When I walked in I was greeted by a sales rep who asked if there was anything I needed help finding. He immediately followed that up with “just so you know we close in ten minutes.” Three minutes later another customer entered and got the same “hello” but with an adjusted “…we close in about 7 minutes.”I worked in retail for years after college and for a children’s clothing store. If anything close to a suggestion that a customer shouldn’t be In the store or should rush through would ever be uttered by anyone, especially by someone who appeared to be a key holder of sorts, that would have been the last conversation had on the floor by that staff member. Customer service seems to be a dying art. My apologies for entering your store in hopes of contributing to your sales plan. It won’t happen again.

I am a 3rd generation Carters shopper my grandmother shopped only here for my clothes, then my childrens clothes not I shop here for my grandchildren's clothing Cam got to choose everything for her up coming 2nd birthday and you know every out fit needs sun glasses. The staff is wonderful and will help you find any item you need. I totally recommend Carters.
