Very rude! We've been with Centennial Bank for years and have never had them put a hold a check until today. Will not be going to the Lakeland location again.

Will not recommend this bank!!!! They closed my account because I use zelle to pay some of my bills. They said I use zelle to much. DONT BANK WITH CENTENNIAL!!!!! If I were able to give no Stars I would.

i have been a very satisfied customer since opening an account more than a year ago. In particular, Daisy is an outstanding customer service representative and is always helpful and friendly. However, last Friday I tried to install the mobile app on my wife's phone and tablet and could do neither. I then went to the PC and the Centennial website and logged in. Logging in went well, but once logged in, nothing worked. Clicking on "accounts" or "bill pay" did nothing. I cleared the cache, etc., and tried again, but the same thing happened - or didn't. There is no customer service phone number on my banking card and none on the website, at least none you can see before getting into the site. So I called my local branch, and spoke with Shirly, who I understand is the manager. I told her what was going on, and she told me she would look into it, and said no one else had mentioned this, but sounded bored and disinterested and, since no one called me to enquire further and since the website wasn't working (at least for me and my wife) through the following Monday, I called again on Tuesday and spoke with Daisy. She agreed that it is essential that customers have access to their online banking 24/7 and said she would "put a ticket in" and call me back with a tech support number. I still can't access my account nor can my wife install the apps. Will update this as we go along.

If your black is advised you to go not go to this bank went there to set up a account and I was profiled because i had my hood on because I didn't have a hair cut. They constantly talked about me like I couldn't hear them. They didn't even help me set up my online banking now the only way to see my account is calling. And when I was I left the lady said your limit is 500 from the atm then she said under her breath that she doubts I'd have it in my account stay away from this racist bank
