Shittiest Chase branch ever. The drive-thru ATM is always broken, the lobby ATM is always broken. Nothing works at this place. I have legitimately never seen such a piss-poor Chase.

ATM never works a d the traffic from ChikFilA makes it impossible to even reach the out of order machine. Not a single things was down to accommodate the traffic from next door. Just shut this location down and start over again.

I don’t understand why this banks drive thru ATM is always out of order. I am not joking when I say 8 out 10 times I go to this location it never works! This location is just horrible.

I recently visited the Chase Bank branch on Highway 98 in Lakeland, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Melanie and Ellie were absolutely fantastic. They helped me with my transactions efficiently and were incredibly friendly throughout the process. Both of them were not only professional but also funny, making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The branch itself was spotless, reflecting the high standards of Chase Bank. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the exceptional customer service provided by Melanie and Ellie. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant banking experience.

Went in to cash a check from my winnings on a tv show (account holder since 2018)
only to be told by a rude condescending bank employee that chase is no longer in the business of “cashing checks” because it’s a financial loser for the bank. So excuse me while I close out my account and find another bank that still values its customers.

The issue is not necessarily this branch. Every time I’ve come in I’ve always had great customer service with the people there. The problem is with the bank itself.
Out of the blue the bank decides to flag and freeze my fiancés bank account ( both our names on it ) and then a few days later froze my account ( both our names on as well ) we’ve called talk to multiple people, went to 2 different branches, talked to higher ups while at the bank as well. They can’t tell us anything but our accounts are a risk to the bank, so they closed them.
This all happened while we’re waiting for our income taxes to come in, her paycheck had just posted as well. So all our money is now just sitting in the bank, and we’re getting married tomorrow Feb 28th. Now we have to cancel our honeymoon, both our cars are now behind on a payment, we have a 6yr old daughter, we had just moved into a new place, we have no money for food, or to buy things we need.
They have ruined our wedding. Do not bank with this place, there are plenty of better places. I’ve heard that they’ve done this to a lot of other people too.
Update 2/28/24 : Getting married today, we can’t pay for our wedding cake, we now have to cancel our honeymoon. I can’t even afford to take my new bride out to eat or even go celebrate cause all our money is froze in our account.
